المسئولية الإجتماعية وتطوير الأداء الوظيفى للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين فى قطاع التضامن الإجتماعى

ملخص الدراسة :
       يرتبط الأداء الوظيفى للأخصائى الإجتماعى بتحقيق المسئولية الإجتماعية لديه ، ويعتبر قطاع التضامن الإجتماعى واحداً من المؤسسات المهمة التى تحتاج إلى تطوير الأداء الوظيفى للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين العاملين بها ، هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد إسهامات أبعاد المسئولية الإجتماعية فى تطوير الأداء الوظيفى للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بقطاع التضامن الإجتماعى بمرکز ومدينة المنصورة بمحافظة الدقهلية ، طبقت الدراسة على الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين العاملين بإدارات التضامن الإجتماعى بمرکز ومدينة المنصورة بمحافظة الدقهلية وعددهم (43) مفردة .
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى صدق جميع فروض الدراسة. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة:
1-مستوى المسئولية الإجتماعية لدى الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بقطاع التضامن الإجتماعى کان مرتفعاً.
2-مستوى الأداء الوظيفى للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بقطاع التضامن الإجتماعى مرتفعاً.
3-توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين المسئولية الإجتماعية وتطوير الأداء الوظيفي للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بقطاع التضامن الإجتماعى.

Abstract :
       The job performance of the social worker is linked to the achievement of his or her social responsibility, and the social solidarity sector is one of the important institutions that need to develop the job performance of the social workers working in it .
The current study aimed to determine the contributions of the dimensions of social responsibility in developing the job performance of social workers in the social solidarity sector in the center and city of Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate.
The study was applied to all social workers working in the departments of social solidarity in the center and city of Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate, and their number was (43) individuals.
The results of the study confirmed the validity of all the study hypotheses. Among the most important results of the study:
        1-The level of social responsibility of social workers in the social solidarity sector was high.
        2-The job performance level of social workers in the social solidarity sector was high.
        3-There was a direct, statistically significant relationship between social responsibility and job performance development for social workers in the social solidarity sector.
