حقوق النزلاء المفرج عنهم في الدمج المجتمعي دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بالکويت

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء علي حقوق النزلاء المفرج عنهم في الدمج المجتمعي  ، وذلک من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والأخصائيين النفسيين العاملين في إدارة الرعاية اللاحقة التابعة للإدارة العامة للمؤسسات الإصلاحية بوزارة الداخلية بالکويت. وقد استرشد الباحث بنمط الدراسة الوصفية / التحليلية وبمنهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل. وتم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان تم توزيعه وجمعه باليد من مجتمع الدراسة ( 18 أخصائي اجتماعي واخصائي نفسي ) وذلک في مکان عملهم.
ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أنّ مستوى الدمج المجتمعي من وجهة نظر مجتمع الدراسة متوسِّطاً، کذلک بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق حول الدمج المجتمعي للنزلاء المفرج عنهم تعود لمتغيِّرات (النوع أو الجنس، الخبرات العملية، المؤهل العلمي)، وفقاً لاستجابات مجتمع الدراسة .
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء مزيد من البحوث والدراسات عن موضوع الدمج المجتمعي للنزلاء المفرج عنهم، وضرورة إلحاق الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين بدورات تدريبية متخصصة مرتبطة بالدمج المجتمعي، واقتراح أفکار جديدة ومبتکرة تساهم في سهولة اندماج النزلاء المفرج عنهم في المجتمع ، مثل فکرة تأسيس منازل أو بيوت منتصف الطريق.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to shed light on the rights of released inmates in societalmainstreaming, from the point of view of social workers and psychologists working in the Aftercare Department of the General Administration of Correctional Institutions at the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait. The researcher was guided by the descriptive/analytical study style and the comprehensive social survey method. The data was collected by a questionnaire distributed and collected by hand from the study population (18 social workers and psychologists) at their place of work.
One of the most important results of the study is that the level of societal mainstreaming from the point of view of the study population was average, and the study also showed that there were no differences about the societal mainstreaming of the released inmates due to the variables (gender,, practical experience, educational qualification), according to the responses of the study population.
The study recommended the need to conduct more research studies on the issue of societal mainstreaming for the released inmates, and the need to enroll social workers and psychologists in specialized training courses related to societal mainstreaming, and to propose new and innovative ideas that contribute to the ease of mainstreaming of the released inmates into society, such as the idea of ​​establishing half – way homes.
