ترجع أهمية هذه الدراسة إلي ما يلي ( أعلنت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة أن 17 أکتوبر اليوم العالمي للقضاء علي الفقر، حيث يشکل الفقر انتهاکا لحقوق الإنسان- يتطلب تحقيق السلم المجتمعي السعي إلي الحد من الفقر بين الأسر المصرية بما يتيح لأفراد المجتمع أن يعيشوا حياة لائقة- الفقر ظاهرة عالمية تحدث فى کل مجتمع، ومن الممکن أن تتحدد کافة الشراکات المجتمعية من أجل تحقيق العمل اللائق الذي يعد مخرجا ملائما من الفقر- إبراز أهمية الشراکات المجتمعية فى العمل علي إيجاد سبل جديدة لتوفير الحماية الاجتماعية للفقراء وتعزيز الدور الذي تقوم به الدولة فى هذا المجال- تعتبر الشراکات المجتمعية أحد الأشکال الهامة فى بناء نموذج وطني لمکافحة الفقر-استمرار وجود الفقر وانتشاره بين الأسر المصرىة يشکل عقبة فى تحقيق التنمية ويؤجج الاضطرابات ويتسبب فى تدمير حياة المصريين).
تسعي هذه الدراسة إلي ( تحديد المشکلات الاقتصادية للأسر الفقيرة فى مصر- تحديد أهداف الشراکة المجتمعية- تحديد أشکال الشراکة المجتمعية)
وتحددت فروض الدراسة فى ( توجد علاقة إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية بين أهداف الشراکة المجتمعية والحد من المشکلات الاقتصادية للأسر الفقيرة- توجد علاقة إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية بين أشکال الشراکة المجتمعية ودعم الأسر المصرية الفقيرة)
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة دراسة وصفية واعتمدت على منهج دراسة الحالة واستخدمت الدراسة دليل تحليل مضمون ما نشر فى الصحف القومية (الأهرام- الأخبار- الجمهورية) المتعلقة بالشراکات المجتمعية ودعم الأسر المصرية الفقيرة

The importance of this study is due to the following (The United Nations General Assembly declared October 17 as the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, where poverty constitutes a violation of human rights - achieving societal peace requires striving to reduce poverty among Egyptian families so that members of society can live a decent life - Poverty is a global phenomenon that occurs in every society, and it is possible for all community partnerships to be determined in order to achieve decent work, which is an appropriate way out of poverty - highlighting the importance of community partnerships in working to find new ways to provide social protection for the poor and strengthening the role of the state in this field - Community partnerships are considered one of the important forms in building a national model to combat poverty - the persistence of poverty and its spread among Egyptian families constitutes an obstacle to achieving development, fueling unrest and destroying the lives of Egyptians.
This study seeks to (identify the economic problems of poor families in Egypt - determine the objectives of the community partnership - determine the forms of community partnership)
The hypotheses of the study were determined in (there is a statistically significant relationship between the goals of community partnership and the reduction of economic problems for poor families - there is a statistically significant relationship between the forms of community partnership and support for poor Egyptian families)
This study is a descriptive study and relied on the case study method. The study used a guide to analyze the content of what was published in the national newspapers (Al-Ahram - Al-Akhbar - Al-Gomhoria) related to community partnerships and support for poor Egyptian families.
