"دور إستخدام المهارات المهنية فى خدمة الجماعة وتنمية ثقافة الإختلاف فى الرأى لدى الشباب الجامعى"

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية :
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى إستخدام المهارات المهنية فى خدمة الجماعة لدى الشباب الجامعى ، وتحديد مستوى تنمية ثقافة الإختلاف فى الرأى لدى الشباب الجامعى ، وأيضاً تحديد الصعوبات التى تواجه إستخدام المهارات المهنية فى خدمة الجماعة وتنمية ثقافة الإختلاف فى الرأى ، والتوصل إلى مقترحات تفعيل إستخدام المهارات المهنية فى تنمية ثقافة الإختلاف فى الرأى ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن قيمة معامل الإرتباط بين المتغير المستقل " إستخدام المهارات المهنية في خدمة الجماعة ککل " والمتغير التابع " تنمية ثقافة الاختلاف في الرأي لدى الشباب الجامعي " إلى وجود ارتباط طردي بين المتغيرين. وتشير نتيجة اختبار (ف) إلى معنوية نموذج الانحدار. وقد بلغت قيمة معامل التحديد (0.298)، أي أن استخدام المهارات المهنية في خدمة الجماعة ککل تساهم في تنمية ثقافة الاختلاف في الرأي لدى الشباب الجامعي بنسبة (29.8%). مما يجعلنا نقبل الفرض الرئيس للدراسة والذي مؤداه " توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين استخدام المهارات المهنية في خدمة الجماعة وتنمية ثقافة الاختلاف في الرأي لدى الشباب الجامعي" .

Abstract :
This Study aims to limited the using level professional skills in social group work by university youth , and limited the level developing a cultural of difference in opinion among university youth , and limited difficulties which faces the using professional skills in social group work and developing a cultural of difference in opinion , the study found that the suggestions to activate using  professional skills in developing a cultural of difference in opinion ,and  the study concluded that the value of the coefficient of The relationship between the independent variable " the use of professional skills in social group work as a whole " and the dependent variable " the development of a cultural of difference of opinion among university youth" indicates that there is a direct correlation between the two variables , The result of the F- test indicates the significance of the regression model , The value of the coefficient of determination was (0.298) , meaning that the use of professional skills in social group work as a whole contributes to the development of a cultural of difference of opinion among university youth at a rate of (29.8%), Which makes us accept the main hypothesis of the study , which is that " there is a direct statistically significant relationship between the use of professional skills in social group work and  development of a cultural of difference of opinion among university youth .
