برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية الانتماء المدرسى لطلاب المرحلة الإعدادية

ملخص البحث : هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى الانتماء المدرسى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية ،
 تحديد جوانب الضعف فى الانتماء المدرسى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية ، تحديد الواقع الفعلى للجهود   المهنية للأخصائى الاجتماعى کممارس عام فى تنمية الانتماء المدرسى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية، تحديد البرنامج المقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية الانتماء المدرسى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية ، هذا وقد طبقت الدراسة فى جميع المدارس الإعدادية بنين بمدينة المنصورة وعددها ( 8) مدارس ، وقد تم جمع البيانات من ( 27) أخصائى اجتماعى ، وعينة قوامها(141) طالب ، وعينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والخبراء فى المجال ، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن القوة النسبية لمؤشرات الانتماء المدرسى متوسطة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية الانتماء المدرسى لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية .

Abstract : the current study aims to determine the school belonging level for preparatory school students, and determining the weakness aspects in the school belonging for preparatory school students ,  and determining the actual reality of the professional efforts for the social worker as a generalist practitioner in developing the school belonging for preparatory school student , the study also seeks to identify the proposal programme  from the generalist practice perspective in social work for developing the school belonging for preparatory school students.
 the study was implemented in all preparatory school for boys in mansoura city , their numbers are ( 8) schools, the data were collected from (27) social workers , and a simple about ( 141) students, and a simple from university staff and the experts in the field . 
The results demonstrated that the relative power of the school belonging indicators is medium .the study got a proposal programme from the generalist practice prospective in school social work for developing school belonging for preparatory school students.
