المعوقات التي تواجه السجناء خلال قيامهم بالمشروعات التنموية

المستخلص:  تخضع الجريمة لعوامل عدة منها ما يتصل بنفسه المجرم وترکيبه الجسماني وتکوينه ومبلغ ما وصل إليه من ثقافة وتعليم ومنها ما يتصل بيئة المجرم والوسط الاجتماعي الذي يعيش فيه وما يلي ذلک من ازدحام السکان وإنتشار المسکرات ومنها ما يتصل بالأحوال الاقتصادية وما يليها من أزمات تؤدي إلى البطالة والتشرد ومنها ما يتصل بطبيعة الإقليم وتربته وأحواله الجويةهدفت الدراسة الى تحديد المعوقات تواجه السجناء خلال قيامهم بالمشروعات التنموية وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على استمارة الاستبار والقياس کأداة للدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة تؤکد النتائج السابقة أن السجينات تواجهن بعض المعوقات والتي تحول دون تنفيذ المشروع ولکنهم يتغلبوا عليهن وأن أسر المسجونين تعاني من مجموعة من الضغوط والمشکلات والمعوقات والتي تحبط من همتهم وتسبط عزيمتهم ولکنهم من خلال المشروع يمکنهم التغلب على الکثير من تلک المعوقات والمشکلات.
