متطلبات التحول للرقمية المعلوماتية کآلية لتحسين خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي

 
الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد أهم المتطلبات اللازمة للتحول الى الرقمية المعلوماتية لتحسين خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية ، وتحديد أهم الصعوبات التى تواجة هذا التحول وصولا لمجموعة من المقترحات التى تزيد من تفعيل التحول للرقمية المعلوماتية ، حيث الدراسة وصفية اعتمدت على المنهج العلمى بواسطة المسح الاجتماعىالشامل لجميع المسئولين بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعى والبالغ عددهم ( 62) مفردة، واستخمت الباحثة استمارة استبيان ،وتوصلت الدراسة الى المتطلبات المالية من اکثر العناصر احتياجا للتحول للرقمية المعلوماتية متمثلة فى توفير الدعم المالى المناسب لمواکبة سير العمل وتحديث البنية التحتية اللازمة ، وکذلک تدعيک الکوادر البشرية وبناء قدراتهم منخلال تدريبهم على استخدام البرنامج الرقمى ونقل الخبرات بين العاملين وتسهيل عملية التشبيک بين الادارات الاجتماعية.

Summary
The study aimed to determine the most important requirements for the transition to digital informatics to improve social welfare services, and to identify the most important difficulties facing this shift, in order to arrive at a set of proposals that increase the activation of the shift to digital informatics. Where the study was descriptive and relied on the scientific method by eans of a comprehensive social survey of all officials of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, which numbered (62) single, and the researcher used aquestionnaire form, and the study reached the financial requirements of one of the elements most in need of the transformation to digital information represented in the provision of appropriate financial support to keep pace with the progress of work and update The necessary infrastructure, as well as advocating human cadres and building their capabilities by training them to use the digital program, transferring experiences between workers and facilitating the process of networking between social departments
