"دور المدرسة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة " دراسة مطبّقة على عيّنة من مدارس المرحلة الثانوية للبنات بالمبرز بمحافظة الأحساء

ملخص الدراسة
هدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور المدرسة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة في نفوس الطالبات, وتم إجراء الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وجمعت البيانات عن طريق الاستبيان الذي أستخدم في ثلاث مدارس في المرحلة الثانوية  بالمبرز بمحافظة الأحساء (نورة الجبر، أم سلمة، والحادية عشرة), وشمل  مجتمع الدراسة  المعلمات والطالبات, إذ بلغ حجم العينة من الطالبات (223 طالبة  ) حيث تم اختيارهن بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة, وتم أخذ کل  المعلمات بطريقة الحصر الشامل, إذ بلغ عددهن  123 معلمة. و  توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها :  أن هناک عدداً من المقوّمات والوسائل تقوم بها المدرسة لتعزيز قيم المواطنة في نفوس الطالبات وعلى رأسها : حرص المدرسة على إرشاد الطالبات لترديد النشيد الوطني في الطابور الصباحي. وقامت المعلمات  بأدوار منها  لفت أنظار الطالبات للإنجازات الوطنية .
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the role of the school in promoting the values of citizenship among the female students. The study was conducted using the descriptive analytical method. The data was collected through the questionaare used in three secondary schools in Mubarraz in Al-Ahsa Province (Noor Al-Jabr, Umm Salamah and Eleventh). The interview was also used as another tool to collect data with female guides who formed part of the study population which also included female teachers.
The sample size of the students was (223 female students). They were selected by asimple random sampling method, with (123 female teachers and 3 female guides). the study that reached several results including: there are anumber elements and means by the school to promote the values of sitizenship in the hearts of students, specially There are a number of elements and means that the school is doing to promote the values of citizenship in the hearts of students, specially: The schools keenness to guide students to sing the national anthem in the morning queue, and motivate students committed to national values.
The results of the study also showed that the school to promote the values of sitizenship in the hearts of students, teachers  played many roles, most notably the teacher and guide draw the attention of students to national achievement.
