ملخص البحث
تُعد مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية من المهن والتخصصات الإنسانية الموجودة بالمجتمع والتى تهدف إلى تمکين المعاق من أن يتکيف مع البيئة الاجتماعية المعقدة والعمل على تهيئة الظروف المناسبة لاستفادته من أساليب الرعاية الاجتماعية التى تقدم له لذلک فهى تنظر لفئة المعاقين بأنهم فى حاجة للمساعدة لکى يستطيع المجتمع الاستفادة من امکانياتهم وقدراتهم فى عملية التنمية وهذا بالطبع لا يتم إلا من خلال تقديم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المختلفة لهم.
وبذلک فإن عمل الأخصائى الاجتماعى بمؤسسات رعاية المعاقين يحتاج إلى معرفة دقيقة بمشکلات واحتياجات التلاميذ والعمل على توفيرها وحلها وذلک من خلال تنمية المعارف والمهارات والقدرات بالقدر الکافى وذلک من منطلق أن المعارف والمهارات والخبرات والقيم المهنية اللازمة للعمل بکفاءة هى المحتويات الأساسية للکفاية المهنية وبذلک يتمکن من مساعدة هؤلاء التلاميذ لکى يکتسبوا المهارات والاتجاهات السليمة التى تساعدهم على أن يکونوا مواطنين صالحين فى المجتمع.
ويکون ذلک من خلال البرامج والأنشطة التى يقدمها الأخصائى الاجتماعى داخل مؤسسات رعاية المعاقين ولکى تؤتى هذه البرامج ثمارها فلابد من تنمية الکفاية المهنية للأخصائى الاجتماعى من خلال برامج التدريب المؤسسى التى تعدله وتصقل مهاراته وخبراته والتى تنعکس على التلاميذ من خلال عمله.
ومن ثم فقد قامت الباحثة بدراسة فاعلية التدريب المؤسسى فى تنمية الکفايات المهنية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمؤسسات رعاية المعاقين.
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التقييمية واستخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعى بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمؤسسات رعاية المعاقين واستعانت الباحثة بمقياس فاعلية التدريب المؤسسى فى تنمية الکفايات المهنية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمؤسسات رعاية المعاقين للکشف عن نتائج الدراسة وکشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالتدريب المؤسسى لکى يتمکن الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون من اکتساب المعرفة والمهارات والخبرات والقدرات المهنية والثقافية لکى يتمکنوا من القيام بأدوراهم بکفاءة وفعالية.

Thus, the work of the social worker in institutions for the care of the disabled needs accurate knowledge of the problems and needs of the students and work to provide and solve them through the development of knowledge, skills and abilities to an adequate extent, on the basis that the knowledge, skills, experiences and professional values ​​necessary to work efficiently are the basic contents of professional competence and thus he can help those Pupils to acquire the right skills and attitudes that help them to be good citizens in society.
This is through the programs and activities provided by the social worker within the institutions for the care of the disabled. In order for these programs to bear fruit, the professional competence of the social worker must be developed through institutional training programs that modify him and refine his skills and experiences, which are reflected on the students through his work.
Hence, the researcher has studied the effectiveness of institutional training in developing the professional competencies of social workers working in institutions for the care of the disabled.
This study is one of the evaluation studies and the researcher used the social survey method in a comprehensive inventory method for social workers working in institutions for the care of the disabled. Social workers gain knowledge, skills, experience, and professional and cultural capabilities in order to be able to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively.
