فعالية برنامج التدخل المهني للخدمة الاجتماعية في التخفيف من حدة فقدان العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى المسن المعاق

الملخص
المسنون هم جزء لا يتجزأ من ثروة المجتمع ولا يجوز تهميشه بأي حال وبدلا من النظر إليهم على أنهم عبء على المجتمع يستنزف موارده في الإنفاق على الرعاية الصحية والمساعدات المالية يجب النظر إليهم على أنهم رصيد للتنمية ولا يمکن ان نتجاهل بما يملکونه من طاقات ومهارات وخبرات وموارد وقدرة على استمرار العطاء وإعالة أنفسهم، ويواجه المسنين ذوي الإعاقة العديد من المشکلات نتيجة عدم إشباع الاحتياجات والمشکلة بالنسبة للمسن تعني العقبات أو المعوقات المتعددة والجوانب التي تحول دون قدرة المسن على الاستجابة السريعة لطبيعة هذه المرحلة وما يصادفها من مواقف اجتماعية مختلفة، هذا بالإضافة إلى المشکلات التي تواجههم بالإضافة إلى کونهم مسنين من ذوي الإعاقة، وتهدف الدراسة إلى اختبار فعالية برنامج التدخل المهني للخدمة الاجتماعية في التخفيف من حدة فقدان العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى المسن المعاق، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات شبة التجريبيه، وأعتمدت على المنهج التجريبي، وتم استخدام استمارة قياس الاغتراب الاجتماعى للمسنين ذوي الاعاقة، وتم تطبيق الدراسة في مرکز أبو بکر الصديق للمسنين ذوى الاعاقة بمجمع بدر الاسلامى بمحافظة الفيوم على عينة عمدية قوامها (11) مفردة من المسنين، وجاءت النتائج لفقدان العلاقات الاجتماعية في القياس القبلي مرتفعة طبقا للقوة النسبية وفي القياس البعدى تکون منخفضة .

Abstract
 
  older persons are an integral part of societyswealth and shoud not be marginalized in any way Instead of being seen as aburden on society draining its resources into spending on health care and financial assistance must be seen as a development asset and cannot be ignored with their potential,skills and experience ,resources and ability to continue giving and sustain themselves Older persons with disabilities face many problems as a result of unsatisfying needs The problem for the elderly means the aspects that impede the ability of the elderly to respond quickly to the nature of this phase and its different social situations
This is in addition to the problems they face ,as well as being elderly people with disabilities.
The aim of the study is to test the effectiveness of the social service vocational intervention programmer In mitigating the loss of social relations in the disabled elderly This study belongs to the pattern of semi –exberimental approach
The Social Alienation Measurement from for Older persons with Disabilities was used
The study was carried out at the Abu Baker Saddik center for Elderly persons with Disabilities in Bader Islamic complex ,AlFayoom province.
On an intentional sample of 11 singles of elderly people
The results of the loss of social relations in tribal measurement are high according to the relative strength of the dimension measurement being low.
