العلاقة بين البيئة المدرسية ومستوى الالتزام الموجه لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين

ملخص:
يعتبر المجال التعليمي من أهم المجالات التي تحظى باهتمام الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وذلک لأنه يستوعب أعدادا کبيره من أفراد المجتمع تصل إلى عدة ملايين، وهذا العدد لا يتوفر في أي مجال أخر من مجالات الحياة الإنسانية، بالإضافة إلى أن المؤسسات التي تعمل في هذا المجال لا يقتصر دورها على تزويد الطلاب بالمعارف التي تتصل بمجموعه معينه من العلوم ولکن دورها يتعدى ذلک بکثير حيث أصبح هذا الدور يشمل المساهمة بإيجابيه في نمو الطلاب وتحقيق النضج الاجتماعي لهم، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين البيئة المدرسية ومستوى الالتزام الموجه لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، تنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لکافة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمدارس الثانوية بإدارتي شرق وغرب الفيوم التعليمية وبلغ عددهم (113) أخصائي اجتماعي، اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على استمارة قياس حول " البيئة المدرسية وعلاقتها بمستوى الالتزام الموجه للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسي، جميع مدارس المرحلة الثانوية (عام – فني)  بإدارتي شرق وغرب الفيوم التعليمية وعددهم (32) مدرسة ثانوية منهم (16) مدرسة ثانوية (عامة – فنية ) بإدارة شرق الفيوم التعليمية و (16) مدرسة ثانوية (عامة – فنية) بإدارة غرب الفيوم التعليمية، وتدل نتائج الدراسة على أن الالتزام الموجه تم الموافقة عليه بنسبة کبيرة.

Summary in English
The educational field is one of the most important areas of interest to social workers, because it accommodates large numbers of members of society, amounting to several million, and this number is not available in any other field of human life, in addition to the institutions that work in this field whose role is not limited to Providing students with knowledge related to a specific group of sciences, but its role goes far beyond that, as this role includes contributing positively to the growth of students and achieving social maturity for them,this study belongs to the type of descriptive analytical studies, this study relied on the use of the comprehensive social survey method for all social workers working in secondary schools in the East and West Fayoum Educational Administrations, and their number was (113) social workers, in collecting data from the field, the researcher relied on a measurement from on " the school environment and its relationship to the level of commitment directed to social workers in the school field, all secondary schools (general – technical) in the East and West Fayoum Educational Administration, and their number (32) secondary schools, including (16) secondary schools (public-technical) in the East Fayoum Educational Administration and (16) secondary schools (public-technical) in the West Fayoum Educational Administration, the results of the study indicate that the directed commitment was approved by a large percentage.
