 (محاولة تحديد مدى قدرة الجمعيات الأهلية قيد الدراسة على تحقيق أهدافها المتمثلة في حماية البيئة بشکل عام والتخلص الآمن من النفايات المنزلية وغيرها من النفايات ، من ناحية أخرى ، بالإضافة إلى تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه تحقيق هذه الأهداف ، فقد تم تحديد المقترحات اللازمة لتفعيل قدرتهم على تحقيق هذه الأهداف).
