أهداف الدراسة:
تحديد المهارات التي يحتاجها منسوبي مکاتب التوجيه والاستشارات الأسرية.
تحديد مؤسسات المجتمع التي تساعد المکاتب في تحقيق أهدافها.
اختبار فعالية نموذج العملية للمساعدة في زيادة المهارات التي يحتاجها موظفو المکتب.
 اختبار هذا النموذج في التخفيف من المشاکل التي تواجه الأسر المترددة في طلب الخدمات في المکاتب
