برنامج وقائي مقترح من منظور طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية وعي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية للحد من التنمر الإلکتروني

ملخص الدراسة
يمر العالم بمرحلة تحول تاريخية تطورية متعددة الأبعاد تکنولوجياً وثقافياً واقتصادياً وسياسياً ، والجدل مستمر ودائر بين الجميع ما بين مبشر ومحذر من هذه التطورات وتلک التغيرات التى أفرزت الثورة التکنولوجية التى أتاحت مجال واسع من التواصل والتفاعلات بين البشر ولکن هذا التفاعل لابد أن يحدث عن طريق أساليب رشيده حتى لا ينجم عنه مشکلات تهدد أواصر المجتمع ومنها التنمر بصفة عامة والتنمر الإلکتروني بصفة خاصة وما يحمله من عدوان تجاه الآخرين بکل صوره وقد تأثرت فئات المجتمع بهذه المشکلة ولکن الأکثر تأثراً هم طلاب المرحلة الثانوية ، حيث سمات مرحلة المراهقة التى يمرون بها وما يعتريها من تغييرات تجعل المراهق صيد سهل للوقوع فى براثن الجريمة والانحراف وکان لابد من تضافر وتعاون کافة جهود المتخصصين والمعنيين بالتصدي لهذه المشکلة الإجتماعية ومن خلال مهنة الخدمة الإجتماعية بکافة طرقها وبخاصة طريقة العمل مع الجماعات بأساليبها وتکنيکاتها ونماذجها وبرامجها الإرشادية والوقائية ومن هنا کانت فکرة البحث الراهن.

Abstract
The world is going through a stage of a historical, evolutionary, multi-dimensional transformation technologically, culturally, economically and politically, and the controversy continues and revolves between everyone and between a missionary and a warning of these developments and those changes. good techniques so as not to result in problems that threaten the bonds of society, including bullying in general and electronic bullying in particular, and the aggression it carries towards others in all its forms. The groups of society have been affected by these problems, but most are high school students. Where the characteristics and characteristics of the adolescence stage they are going through and the changes that they undergo make the teenager an easy prey to fall into the clutches of crime and delinquency, and it was necessary to combine and cooperate all efforts and those concerned with addressing this social problem through humanitarian profession, which is social work in all its methods, especially the group work method  with its techniques, models, and guiding and preventive programs, hence the idea of ​​the current research.
