استهدفت الدراسة تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الأجتماعي فى تطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية فى العمل مع الحالات الفردية ، وتحقق هذا الهدف من خلال الاجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة المتمثل في: ما المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الأجتماعي فى تطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية فى العمل مع الحالات الفردية ؟ والإجابة على التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: ماالمعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الأجتماعي فى تطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بالاخصائى الاجتماعى؟ ماالمعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الأجتماعي فى تطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بالاخصائى الاجتماعى، ما المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الأجتماعي فى تطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بالظروف البيئية والمجتمعية؟ ما المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الأجتماعي فى تطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بشخصية العميل؟
واشتملت الدراسة على مفهوم المعوقات، قيم ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية، الممارسة المهنية، واعتمدت الباحثة في إجراء الدراسة على استبيان لجميع الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمکاتب الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بمحافظة الفيوم  ،واستخدمت المسح الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعين العملين بمکاتب الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بمحافظة الفيوم وعددهم(32) ،وکان من أهم نتائجها؛ فيما يتعلق بالاجابة على التساؤل الأول؛ معوقات التزام الأخصائى الاجتماعى بتطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بالأخصائى الاجتماعى،حيث أکدت نتائج الدراسة على وجود خبرات سلبية سابقة للأخصائى الاجتماعى، عدم قناعة الاخصائى الاجتماعى بالالتزام بالقيم المهنية، عدم رضا الاخصائى الاجتماعى عن عمله المهنى ،أما فيما يتعلق بمعوقات التزام الأخصائى الاجتماعى بتطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بوظيفة المؤسسة؟حيث أکدت نتائج الدراسة بوجود قصور فى إمکانيات المؤسسة ،وتعقد سياسة القبول وشروط المساعدة، أما فيما يتعلق بالتساؤل الثالث؛ معوقات التزام الأخصائى الاجتماعى بتطبيق قيم الممارسة المهنية والمرتبطة بالظروف البيئية والمجتمعية، العميل؟ حيث أکدت نتائج الدراسة،على عدم الوعى بالمشکلات وآثارها،عدم وجود مناخ يتسم بالتضامن والتکافل الاجتماعى ،وعدم وجود بيئة تشجع العمل الاجتماعى الاضافى والتطوع.
 
 
 
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the social worker in applying the values ​​of professional practice in working with individual cases, and this goal was achieved by answering the main question of the study: And the answer to the following sub-questions: What are the obstacles facing the social worker in applying the values ​​of professional practice related to the social worker? What are the obstacles that face the social worker in applying the values ​​of professional practice that are related to the social worker? What are the obstacles facing the social worker in applying the values ​​of professional practice and related to the client's personality?
The study included the concept of obstacles, values, and professional practice. In conducting the study, the researcher relied on a questionnaire for all social workers working in school social service offices in Fayoum governorate, and used a comprehensive survey of (32)
social workers working in school social service offices in Fayoum governorate. ; Regarding the answer to the first question; Obstacles to the social worker’s commitment to applying the values ​​of professional practice and related to the social worker, as the results of the study confirmed the existence of previous negative experiences of the social worker, the social worker’s lack of conviction to adhere to professional values, the social worker’s dissatisfaction with his professional work, as for the obstacles of the social worker’s commitment to applying the values ​​of practice The professional and related function of the institution? Where the results of the study confirmed the existence of shortcomings in the capabilities of the institution, and the complexity of the admission policy and conditions for assistance. As for the third question; Obstacles to the social worker's commitment to applying the values ​​of professional practice and related to environmental and societal conditions, the client? The results of the study confirmed the lack of awareness of the problems and their effects, the lack of an atmosphere of solidarity and social solidarity, and the absence of an environment that encourages additional social work and volunteering.
