العلاقات الاجتماعية في ظل أزمة کورونا (کوفيد-19) Social Relations in the Light of Corona Crisis (Covid-19)

اجتاح فيروس کورونا العالم مع مطلع عام 2020 ووضع بصمته في کافة أوجه الحياة وأعاد تشکيل المجتمع العالمي. وتعد العلاقات الاجتماعية من أبرز أوجه الحياة الاجتماعية التي تأثرت بأزمة وباء الکورونا. وتسعى هذه الدراسة الوصفية لاستکشاف تأثير أزمة الکورونا على العلاقات الأسرية ويندرج ضمنها العلاقة الزوجية والعلاقات داخل الأسرة النووية والعلاقات داخل الأسرة الممتدة. کما تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير أزمة الکورونا على العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأصدقاء وبين زملاء العمل وأيضاً العلاقة بالجيران. واعتمدت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بإستخدام الاستبانة الألکتورنية وتم الوصول لعينة حجمها 711 مبحوث/مبحوثة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى استمرار العلاقات الأسرية بين الوالدين والأبناء داخل الاسرة النووية في وضعها الطبيعي وکذلک العلاقات بين أفراد الأسرة الممتدة، إما العلاقة الزوجية فکان للأزمة تاثيرات سلبية عليها من حيث زيادة التوتر. أما العلاقات الاجتماعية خارج الأسرة فتشير النتائج إلى التأثر الإيجابي المرتفع لکل من العلاقة بالأصدقاء والعلاقة بالجيران  من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي, بينما هناک ثبات في العلاقة بزملاء العمل فلم يدخل عليها الکثير من التغيير. وسيطر على رؤية أفراد العينة للأزمة الطمانينة والنظر للأزمة کمشکلة مؤقته، ويرجع ذلک لحسن الإدارة المجتمعية للأزمة وتوفير المعلومات وعلاقة الثقة بين المواطن والحکومة بالإضافة لحزم المملکة في مواجهة المرض بشتى الصور وفرض الحظر وتوفير الرعاية الصحية المجانية للجميع.

Abstract:
Corona virus crushed the world at the beginning of the year 2020, and left changes in all aspects of life and reshaped the global community. Social relations are among the most prominent aspects of social life influenced by the Corona epidemic crisis. This descriptive study seeks to discover the impact of the Corona as a crisis on domestic relationships, including the marital relationship, the relationships within the nuclear family, and the relationships within the extended family. The study also aims to identify the impact of the Corona crisis on social relations between friends and co-workers, as well as the relationship with neighbors. The study adopted the social survey method using an online questionnaire; a sample size of 711 respondents was reached. The study found out that family relation between parents and children within the nuclear family continued in their normal state, as well as the relations between members of the extended family. As for the marital relationship, the crisis had negative effects on it in terms of increasing tension. As for social relationships external to the family, findings indicated a high positive impact on both the relationship with friends and the relationship with neighbors using social media, while there is stability in the relationship with co-workers, and there has not been any significant change in it. The sample members’ view of the crisis was mostly as a temporary problem, due to the good societal management of the crisis, the provision of information, and the trusting relationship between the citizen and the government, as well as to the Kingdom’s determination in prohibiting the disease in various forms, imposing quarantine and providing free health care for everyone.
