استخدام المهارات الاکلينيکية في خدمة الفرد لزيادة تقدير الذات الايجابي للمراهقات الجانحات

ملخص
 يُعد انحراف المراهقات من أکثر المشاکل التي تواجه المجتمعات خطورة وستبقي هذه المشکلة موضوعاً خصباً يستثير البحث في مجال العلوم الاجتماعيه و السلوکية إذاً تشير الدلائل إلى أن الانحراف هو أول الطريق الى الجريمة ، فمنحرف اليوم هو مجرم الغد ما لم تهيأ له الاسباب التى تحول بينه وبين الاستمرار فى طريق الانحراف .
کما أن هذه الفئة تعانى من مشکلات متعددة منها نقص الإدراک الاجتماعي ، وضعف المشارکة الاجتماعية ، حيث لا يستطيعون تحمل المسئولية ، وينتابهم الشعور بالعجز عن مسايرة المجتمع، وعدم القدرة على مواجهة المواقف ، والميل إلى التخريب، والهدم، والشعور بالعداء لکل من حولهم  ولذلک هناک ضرورة ملحة لرعاية المراهقات بصفة عامة ورعاية المراهقات الجانحات بصفة خاصة ومن هنا يبرز دور الخدمة الاجتماعية کمهنة من أهم ميداينها ميدان الجريمة والانحراف  والخدمة الاجتماعية بشکل عام وخدمة الاجتماعيه الاکلينيکية بشکل خاص في ميدان الجريمة والانحراف.
تعد الخدمه الاجتماعيه الاکلينيکية مفهوم ذو معني واسع يشمل جميع أشکال الممارسة کما أنه مرتبط ببدايات ظهور الخدمة الاجتماعية النفسية ويبدو أن الخدمة الاجتماعية الاکلينيکية بمثابة مظلة تحوي عدة مداخل لمساعدة الناس وتحتوي خدمة الفرد الاکلينيکية علي مجموعة من المهارات الاکلينيکية التي يتم النظر إليها بکونها القدرة علي تطبيق المعارف النظرية بشکل مؤثر وفعال بما يؤدي الي ممارسة العمل المهني بسهولة واتقان وبالتالي ترتبط المهارة باختيار المعارف المناسبة للموقف وممارسة النشاط المناسب للأهداف التي تم تحديدها .
کما يعاني المراهقات الجانحات من ضعف تقدير الذات وهو أحد اهم متغيرات الشخصيه التي تتمثل وقايه او حصانه في مواجهة الاحداث الضاغطه علي الصحه النفسيه والجسميه للفرد وادراک الفرد لعدم القبول أو عدم الحب يجعله يشعر بالتدني ، وعدم الفاعليه والشعور بالعجز .
کما تعددت أيضا المشکلات الأخلاقية وبدا ذلک واضحا في مجتمعنا من خلال الغزو الفکري والثقافي الذي يواجه ابناءنا بشکل عام والمراهقات منهم بشکل خاص وعدم وضوح الرؤية المستقبلية أمامهم ولقد أمتد تأثيره علي أخلاقياتهم وسلوکياتهم .

Abstract:
The delinquency of female adolescents is one of the most dangerous and  challenging problems that face societies. This problem will persist as an ongoing theme for research in fields of behavioural and social research. Evidences refer that delinquency is the first step in the way towards crime. Today’s delinquents are tomorrow’s criminals unless factors constraining them from continuing in the way of delinquency are available. 
This category suffer from multiple problems as the lack of social awareness, and poor social participation. They cannot assume responsibilities and feel helpless in getting along with the society. They are also disable of facing various situations. They tend to destruction, and hostility towards surrounding people. There are a persisting necessity for caring for female adolescents in general, and especially, female adolescent delinquents. Here, the role of social work emerges as it is a profession dedicated for studying and facing crime and delinquency. Social work, in general, and especially clinical social work, play a very important role in the area of crime and delinquency.   
The Clinical Social Work is a wide concept that includes all forms of practice. It is related to the emergence of psychological social work. It seems that the clinical social work looks as an umbrella that covers various approaches to helping people. In addition, the individual clinical SW is based on a set of clinical skills that are viewed as a method for enabling workers to apply theoretical knowledge effectively and easily. Accordingly, those skills are related to choice of knowledge appropriate for a situation and an activity according to the stated objectives. 
The delinquent female adolescents experience poor self-esteem as one of the most important variables of personality. Self-esteem represents a preventive and defensive factor in the face of events as stressors on psychological and physical health of an individual. Realization of unacceptance and unloving by an individual makes him/her feel low, ineffective, and helpless.
