الجوائح الصحية وتأثيرها على العلاقات الأسرية لفريق العمل الطبي دراسة من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية

الملخص:
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد تأثير الجوائح الصحية على العلاقات الأسرية لفريق العمل الطبي، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عمدية عددها (97) مفردة من أعضاء الفريق الطبي من الأطباء والممرضين بمحافظة الفيوم، الذين تم تکليفهم بالعمل من قبل مديرية الشئون الصحية للعمل مع الحالات بشکل مباشر أثناء الجائحة، ووافقوا على المشارکة في الدراسة خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة، وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها؛ بالنسبة لتأثير الجوائح الصحية على العلاقات الأسرية الداخلية لعينة الدراسة؛ تفوق فيها التأثير السلبي للجائحة الذي بلغت قوته النسبية (73.19%) على التأثير الإيجابي للجائحة الذي بلغت قوته النسبية (66.7%)، بينما تأثير الجوائح الصحية على العلاقات الأسرية الخارجية لدى عينة الدراسة، تفوق فيها التأثير الإيجابي للجائحة الذي بلغت قوته النسبية (89.80%)، على التأثير السلبي للجائحة الذي بلغت قوته النسبية (72.41%)، وکانت أکثر المشکلات الاجتماعية المترتبة على تأثير الجوائح الصحية على العلاقات الأسرية لفريق العمل الطبي هي: الاستخدام المفرط للأجهزة الإلکترونية لکل أفراد الأسرة، يليها زيادة الخلافات الزوجية، ثم کثرة المشاجرات مع الأبناء، وإهمال الحقوق الزوجية، ثم زيادة حدة العنف بين الزوجين، وانتهت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح باستخدام نموذج التدخل في الأزمات في الخدمة الاجتماعية للتعامل مع "المشکلات المترتبة على تأثير الجوائح الصحية على العلاقات الأسرية لفريق العمل الطبي.

Abstract:
The current study aims to determine the impact of health pandemics on family relationships of the medical team. The study has been applied to a prospective sample of 97 individuals of the medical team, including doctors and nurses, in Fayoum governorate, who have been assigned by the Health Affairs Directorate to work with the cases directly during the pandemic. They agreed to participate in the study during the specified period of time, and the descriptive analytical method was followed. The most important results we got through our study is that, regarding the impact of health pandemics on the internal family relationships of the study sample, the negative impact of the pandemic, which amounted to (73.19%), outweighed the positive impact of (66.7%), while the impact of health pandemics on the external family relationships of the study sample, the positive impact of the pandemic, which amounted to (89.80%), outweighed the negative impact of (72.41%). The most common social problems resulting from the impact of health pandemics on the family relationships of the medical team were: the excessive use of electronic devices for all family members, followed by an increase in marital disagreement; then a lot of quarrels with the children; neglecting marital rights; and the intensity of violence between spouses increased. The study ended with a suggested concept of using the crisis intervention model in social work to deal with "the problems resulting from the impact of health pandemics on family relationships of the medical team".
