المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في التعامل مع ضغوط صدمة الإصابة بسرطان الثدي

ملخص البحث
تعتبر الرعاية الصحية ضرورة أساسية ومن الأمور الهامة التي تهتم بها جميع الدول من أجل الاهتمام بالإنسانية ،  ويعتبر سرطان الثدي من الأمراض الخطيرة التي تحدث لأي امرأة بغض النظر عن العمر ، أو الحالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ، أو العراق ... إلخ ، حيث يؤدي خبر الإصابة بالسرطان وخصوصياً سرطان الثدي إلي ضغوط صدمة الإصابة بالمرض ، وتأثير علي حياة المرأة نفسياً واجتماعياً واقتصادياً وصحياً ومعرفياً ،لأن سماع خبرة الإصابة بالسرطان کفيل بإصابة المرأة بصدمة عنيفة تشعر بها بالخوف والقلق والحزن وعدم الثقة بالنفس ، حيث تلعب الخدمة الاجتماعية دوراً هاماً في المجال الطبي لمساعدة المرضي علي تحقيق أهدافها والاستفادة الکاملة من الرعاية الصحية ومن هنا کانت الحاجة إلي وجود أخصائي اجتماعي معد بشکل جيد ليقوم بمساعدة المريضات في التعامل مع ضغوط صدمة الإصابة بسرطان الثدي ، وهناک بعض المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في التعامل مع هؤلاء المرضي سواء کانت هذه المعوقات خاصة بالمريضة ، أو معوقات راجعة بالمؤسسة ، أو معوقات راجعة بالنسبة لأخصائي الاجتماعي نفسه .
