معوقات التحول الرقمي بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية "دراسة مطبقة علي مديرية التضامن الإجتماعي الفيوم "

ملخص البحث:
يواجه التحول الرقمي العديد من المعوقات بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلي تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه التحول الرقمي بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية في ، واجريت هذه الدراسة علي عينة من موظفي بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي الفيوم الذين يستخدمون الرقمنه ، ويمثل حجم مجتمع البحث في (133 موظف) وقد استندت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة علي استمارة قياس للمعوقات ، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة العديد من معوقات التحول الرقمي  بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية ، حيث جاء ترتيب معوقات التحول الرقمي کاستراتيجية  لبناء القدرات بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 ومن الوزن المرجح والقوه النسبية على النحو التالى:- جاء البعد الأول : معوقات بشرية في الترتيب الثاني بقوة نسبية (80.5%). ، کما جاء البعد الثاني : معوقات إدارية و تقنية في الترتيب الثالث بقوة نسبية (78.7%) ، بينما جاء البعد الثالث : معوقات المالية بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية في الترتيب الأول بقوة نسبية (81.3%).

Abstract:
Digital transformation faces many obstacles in social services institutions, as this research aims to identify the obstacles facing digital transformation in social services institutions , this study was conducted on a sample of employees at the Directorate of social solidarity in Fayoum , the size of the research community was (133 employees) , the researcher in this study was based on a measurement model of obstacles, and the results of the study showed many obstacles to digital transformation in social services institutions, where the ranking of digital transformation obstacles came as a strategy for capacity building in social services institutions in the light of Egypt's Vision 2030, the weighted weight and relative strength as follows:- First dimension: human handicaps came in second place with relative strength (80.5%). The second dimension: administrative and technical obstacles ranked third with relative strength (78.7%), while the third dimension : financial obstacles in social services institutions ranked first with relative strength (81.3%).
