تقييم دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي فى التخفيف من حدة الضغوط الحياتية لأسر الأطفال المعاقين

ملخص البحث باللغة العربية :
        تواجه اسر الأطفال المعاقين المختلفة العديد من الضغوط الحياتية أثناء رعاية الطفل . ومن هذا المنطلق تلعب المتغيرات الاجتماعية دورا کبيرا في زيادة الضغوط الحياتية لدي اسر الأطفال المعاقين, کما أن استمرار هذه الضغوط يخفض بالضرورة درجة الإشباع العاطفي لأسرة الطفل المعاق . وتعد مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية من أهم مهن الإصلاح الاجتماعي بصفة عامة والإصلاح الأسري بصفة خاصة , کما ترتبط خدمة الفرد بتحقيق وظائف الخدمة الاجتماعية باعتبارها ترجمة واقعية لأهداف خدمة الفرد في التعامل مع الأفراد والأسرة , وتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للبحث في  تحديد مستوي أداء الاخصائي الاجتماعي لأدواره بمکتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية في التخفيف من حدة الضغوط الحياتية لأسر المعاقين. ونظراً لطبيعة الدراسة سيستخدم الباحث نمط الدراسات الوصفية, واعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل على الخبراء والمتخصصين بمکاتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية بنطاق محافظة القاهره . من خلال تطبيق استبيان مطبق على الخبراء والمتخصصين بمکاتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية  , بينت نتائج الدراسة ان المتوسط العام لتقييم دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي بمکتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية في التخفيف من حدة الضغوط الاجتماعية لأسر المعاقين قد بلغ (1.77) بمستوي متوسط . کما ان المتوسط العام لتقييم دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي بمکتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية في التخفيف من حدة الضغوط الاقتصادية (2.62) بمستوي مرتفع . في حين ان المتوسط العام لتقييم دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي بمکتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية في التخفيف من حدة الضغوط الصحية لأسر المعاقين قد بلغ (2.71) بمستوي مرتفع . وان المتوسط العام لتقييم المعوقات التي تحول دون أداء الاخصائي الاجتماعي لأدواره بمکتب التوجيه والاستشارات الاسرية في التخفيف من حدة الضغوط الحياتية لأسر المعاقين قد بلغ (1.45) بمستوي منخفض .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract ;
       Families of different handicapped children face many life pressures while caring for the child. From this point of view, social, health, psychological and economic variables play a major role in increasing the life pressures of families of disabled children, and the continuation of these pressures necessarily reduces the degree of emotional saturation for the family of the disabled child. The social work profession is one of the most important professions of social reform in general and family reform in particular, and serving the individual is linked to the achievement of social service functions as a realistic translation of the goals of Social case work in dealing with individuals and the family, and represents the main objective of the research in determining the level of performance of the social worker for his roles In the Office of Family Guidance and Counseling in alleviating the life pressures of families with disabilities. Given the nature of the study, the researcher will use the descriptive studies style, and it relied on the comprehensive social survey approach on experts and specialists in the offices of guidance and family counseling in the Cairo governorate. Through the application of a questionnaire applied to experts and specialists in the offices of guidance and family counseling, the results of the study showed that the general average for evaluating the role of the social specialist in the Office of Family Guidance and Counseling in alleviating the social pressures of families with disabilities reached (1.77) at an average level. The general average for evaluating the role of the social worker in the Office of Family Guidance and Counseling in alleviating the severity of economic pressures is (2.62) at a high level. While the general average for evaluating the role of the social worker in the Office of Family Guidance and Counseling in alleviating the health pressures of families with disabilities reached (2.71) at a high level. And the general average of evaluating the obstacles that prevent the social worker from performing his roles in the Office of Family Guidance and Counseling in alleviating the life pressures of families with disabilities reached (1.45) at a low level.
