دَوْر رؤيـة الممْلكة العربيـة السُّعوديـة 2030 فِي تلبيـة اِحْتياجات اَلمسِنيـن فِي المجتمع السعودي "دراسة وصفيـة مِــن وجهة نظر أسر اَلمسِنيـن بمدينة الرياض"

ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة إِلى التعرف على دَوْر رؤيـة الممْلكة العربيـة السُّعوديـة 2030 فِي تلبيـة اِحْتياجات اَلمسِنيـن فِي المجتمع السعودي الاجْتماعيـة والنَّفْسيـة والصِّحِّيـة والاقتصاديـة والخروج بمجموعة مِــن المقترحات التي تسعى لتحسيـن رعايتهم، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج المسح الاجتماعي على عينة عشوائيـة مِــن السعودييـن البالغيـن بمدينة الرياض بلغت (614) شخص مستعينة بأداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة مِــن النتائج منها أن هناك دَوْر لرؤيـة 2030 فِي تلبيـة الاِحْتياجات الاجْتماعيـة للمسنيـن ويتضح هذا الدَوْر مِــن خلال أن برامج تطوير العمل التطوعي بالرؤيـة عملت على زيادة الاهتمام باَلمسِنين، وكون قرار قيادة المرأة السُّعوديـة للسيارة ساعد فِي دعم التواصل الاجتماعي مع اَلمسِن اجتماعياً، كما أن هناك دَوْر للرؤيـة فِي تلبيـة الاِحْتياجات النَّفْسيـة للمسنيـنمِــن خلال تطوير برامج الحج والعمرة لتساعد على إشباع الجانب الروحي لدى اَلمسِنين، بالإضافة إِلى مجموعة مِــن الأدوار الأخرى التي تلبي الاِحْتياجات النَّفْسيـة للمسنين، وأن دَوْر رؤيـة 2030 فِي تلبيـة الاِحْتياجات الصِّحِّيـة للمسنيـن يتضح مِــن خلال تطوير مجموعة مِــن الخدمات الصِّحِّيـة المختلفة والبرامج التطويريـة بالقطاع الصحي كالتوسع فِي تقديم الخدمات الصِّحِّيـة الإلكترونيـة والعيادات عن بعد، وأخيراً أكدت النتائج على أن هناك دَوْر للرؤيـة فِي تلبيـة الاِحْتياجات الاقتصاديـة للمسنيـن كتوفير الخدمات المجانيـة ودعم اَلمسِن اقتصادياً، وتوفير الأجهزة المساعدة لهم مجاناً، وتوفير حمايـة اجتماعيـة لهم، واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة مِــن المقترحات والتوصيات التي تعمل على تدعيم دَوْر الرؤيـة فِي تلبيـة اِحْتياجات اَلمسِنيـن منها عمل دليل تعريفي للخدمات التابعة لبرامج رؤيـة 2030 والتي تخدم قطاع اَلمسِنيـن بالممْلكة، و زيادة الفعاليات الخاصة باَلمسِنيـن وفقاً لبرامج تحسيـنجودة الحياة بالرؤية، وتطوير أنماط جديدة مِــن دار اَلمسِنيـن كنوادي صحيـة واجتماعيـة للمسنيـن بشكل عام، هذا بالإضافة إِلى  زيادة الاهتمام بالتوعيـة لفئة اَلمسِنيـن حول رؤيـة 2030 وأهم البرامج التي تعمل على تلبيـة اِحْتياجاتهم، وأن تعمل الأسر على توعيـة كبار السِّنُّ لديهم بالرؤيـة وإشراكهم فِي فعاليتها المختلفة.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the 2030 vision in meeting the social, psychological, health, and economic needs of Saudi society's elderly, as well as to develop a set of proposals to improve their care. The social survey method was used on a random sample of 614 Saudi adults in Riyadh. The study found that there is a role for the 2030 vision in meeting the social needs of the elderly, and this role is evident in that the vision's programmes for developing volunteer work worked to increase interest in the elderly and that Saudi women's decision to drive a car helped support social communication with the elderly. That there is a role for the vision in meeting the psychological needs of the elderly through the development of Hajj and Umrah programmes to help satisfy the spiritual side of the elderly.In addition to a set of other roles that meet the psychological needs of the elderly, and that the role of Vision 2030 in meeting the health needs of the elderly is evident through the development of a group of programmes that meet the health needs of the elderly. The various health services and development programmes in the health sector, such as the expansion of electronic health services and remote clinics, and finally, the study concluded that there is a role for vision in meeting the economic needs of the elderly, such as providing free services and financial support to the elderly, providing them with assistive devices for free, and providing them with social protection. and a set of proposals and recommendations aimed at strengthening the vision's role in meeting the needs of the elderly. Developing an introductory guide to the Vision 2030 services that serve the elderly sector in the Kingdom; increasing activities for the elderly in accordance with the programmes to improve quality of life; and developing new types of nursing homes as health and social clubs for the elderly in general, in addition to increasing interest in raising awareness for the elderly group about Vision 2030 The most important programmes that work to meet their needs are those in which families work to educate and involve their elderly relatives in their various activities.
