فعالية برامج التنمية البشرية بمؤسسات المجتمع المدني
استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على فاعلية التنمية البشرية بجمعية الريادة  للتنمية الشاملة سواء كان ذلك عن طريق تنمية المعارف ، المهارات ، إشباع الاحتياجات للمتدربين وكذلك الخروج بمجموعة مؤشرات تخطيطية تساهم فى مواجهة الصعوبات التى تحد من فاعلية برامج التنمية البشرية التى تقدمها جمعية الريادة للتنمية الشاملة .
وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها فاعلية برامج التنمية التى تقدمها مؤسسات المجتمع المدنى متمثلة فى جمعية الريادة للتنمية الشاملة فى تنمية المعارف للمتدربين وأكثر تلك المعارف فاعلية كانت معارف عن سلبيات وايجابيات استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة ، مهارة صيانة الحاسب الآلى ، وأكثر هذه الدورات إشباعا دورات الحاسب الآلى واللغة الانجليزية وكذلك بالنسبة للمؤشرات التخطيطية أشارت الدراسة إلى الإشراف والمتابعة المستمرة لبرامج التنمية البشرية ، التقويم الدورى لتلك البرامج ، زيادة الدعاية والإعلان ، زيادة فترة التدريب .

The effectiveness of human development programs in civil society institutions
  Abstract
The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of human development programs offered by the leadership association for comprehensive development of knowledge, skills, satisfying. The needs of trainees, as well as coming up with a set of planning indicators that contribute to facing the difficulties that limit the effectiveness of Human development programs provided by the leadership association for comprehensive development. This study reached asset of results, the most important of which is the effectiveness of human development programs offered by civil society institutions represented by the leadership association for comprehensive development in developing knowledge for trainees. 
The most effective of these knowledge about the pros and cons of using modern technology, the skill of computer maintenance, and the most saturated of these skills were computer courses and English language courses, as well as for the planning indicators, the study referred to the continuous supervision and follow-up of human development programs, the periodic evaluation of those programs, the increase in the training period.
