دور الجامعات السعودية في غرس الأمن الفكري وتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى منسوبيها

مستخلص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الجامعات السعودية في غرس الأمن الفكري وتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى منسوبيها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. والكشف عن مقترحات تعزيز دور الجامعات السعودية في غرس الأمن الفكري وتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى منسوبيها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن والبالغ عددهم 3767 للعام الجامعي 1442-1443ه، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة وبلغت عينة الدراسة (208) عضو هيئة تدريس. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن دور الجامعات السعودية في غرس الأمن الفكري لدى منسوبيها جاء بدرجة (متوسطة)، وذلك بمتوسط (2.246). كما أن دور الجامعات السعودية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى منسوبيها جاء بدرجة موافقة كبيرة ومتوسط بلغ (2.599). كما وافق أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقترحات تعزيز دور الجامعات السعودية في غرس الأمن الفكري لدى منسوبيها بدرجة موافقة (كبيرة) ومتوسط بلغ (2.560)، ووافق أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقترحات تعزيز دور الجامعات السعودية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى منسوبيها بدرجة موافقة (كبيرة) ومتوسط بلغ (2.774). وتوصي الدراسة ضرورة تعزيز التعاون بين الجامعات السعودية في الاهتمام بقضايا الأمن الفكري والمواطنة لدى الطلاب من خلال عقد المؤتمرات والندوات المشتركة، وضرورة استفادة الجامعات السعودية من جهود أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تنمية قيم المواطنة وتعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب واعتماد طرق الحوار والمناقشة في التدريس بما يعزز هذه القيم والمهارات لدى الطلاب.

Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the role of Saudi universities in instilling intellectual security and developing the values ​​of citizenship among their employees from the point of view of faculty members. In addition, revealing proposals to enhance the role of Saudi universities in instilling intellectual security and developing the values ​​of citizenship among their employees from the point of view of faculty members. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study population consisted of faculty members at Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University, who numbered 3767 for the academic year 1442-1443 AH, and a random sample was selected from the study population, and the study sample reached (208) A faculty member. The study concluded that the role of Saudi universities in instilling intellectual security among their employees came to a (medium) degree, with mean of (2.246). In addition, the role of Saudi universities in developing the values ​​of citizenship among their employees came to a large degree of approval and mean of (2,599). The study sample members also agreed on the proposals to enhance the role of Saudi universities in instilling intellectual security among their employees with a degree of approval (large) and mean of (2.560), and the study sample members agreed on proposals to enhance the role of Saudi universities in developing the values ​​of citizenship among their employees with a degree of approval (large) and an mean It reached (2.774). The study recommends the need to strengthen cooperation between Saudi universities in paying attention to issues of intellectual security and citizenship among students through holding joint conferences and seminars, need for Saudi universities to benefit from the efforts of faculty members in developing the values ​​of citizenship and enhancing intellectual security among students and adopting methods of dialogue and discussion in teaching in a way that enhances these Students' values ​​and skills.
