المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية جهاز تنمية المشروعات في دعم ريادة الأعمال النسائية

الملخص:
تعتبر ريادة الأعمال من الأدوات الهامة في اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة والنامية، حيث تسهم المشروعات الريادية بمساهمة فعالة في تطوير التنمية الاقتصادية، كما تعد أساس بناء المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والكبيرة، حيث يؤمن المشروع الريادي الدخل الكافي للريادي وأسرته، فضلًا عن دوره في استحداث وظائف جديدة والحد من البطالة، بالإضافة إلى قدرته على إيجاد سلع وخدمات جديدة ومتنوعة تسهم في فتح ونمو أسواق جديدة تساعد على تقليل الفجوة بين اقتصاديات الدول، كما تسعى إلى تحقيق وفرة اقتصادية تساهم في نمو المشروعات وتمنحها القدرة على المنافسة والصمود أمام التحديات.
وتساهم ريادة الأعمال النسائية بدور حيوي في صياغة بيئة الاستثمار، بما يقدموه من جهود من خلال استثماراتهم من منتجات مبتكرة، وخدمات جديدة، وإيجاد فرص عمل، واختراق للأسواق المحلية الدولية، ومن ثم، فالمشروعات تتيح لهن فرصة لممارسة ما يحببن وفي نفس الوقت يحركن عجلة الاقتصاد نحو نموٍ واعدٍ، ولذا وضعت الدول خططًا رصينة لتعزيز برامج ريادة الأعمال النسائية.
ورغم الجهود الدولية والمحلية لتعزيز دور المرأة في ريادة الأعمال؛ إلا أن هناك العديد من المعوقات التي تواجه جهاز تنمية المشروعات في دعم ريادة الأعمال النسائية، ولذا استهدف البحث الراهن تحديد المعوقات المتعلقة بالمرأة وبالمجتمع وبجهاز تنمية المشروعات وتحد من فعاليته في دعم ريادة الأعمال النسائية.
وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمستفيدات من خدمات جهاز تنمية المشروعات، وبلغت عينة البحث (130) مفردة، واعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على مقياس فعالية جهاز تنمية المشروعات في دعم ريادة الأعمال النسائية " مطبقة على المستفيدات من خدمات جهاز تنمية المشروعات، وأسفرت النتائج الدراسة عن وجود معوقات تحد من فعالية جهاز تنمية المشروعات في دعم ريادة الأعمال النسائية منها ما هو مرتبط بالنساء، وأخرى مرتبطة بالمجتمع، وثالثة مرتبطة بجهاز تنمية المشروعات.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurship is considered one of the important tools in the economies of developed and developing countries, where entrepreneurial projects make an effective contribution to the development of economic development. Unemployment, in addition to its ability to create new and diverse goods and services that contribute to the opening and growth of new markets that help reduce the gap between the economies of countries. It also seeks to achieve economic abundance that contributes to the growth of projects and gives them the ability to compete and withstand challenges.
Women entrepreneurship plays a vital role in shaping the investment environment, because of what they do through their investments of innovative products, new services, creating job opportunities and penetrating the local and international markets. The growth is promising, and so countries have put in place solid plans to boost women's entrepreneurship programs.
Despite international and local efforts to enhance the role of women in entrepreneurship; However, there are many obstacles facing the Enterprise Development Agency in supporting women's entrepreneurship, so the current research aimed at identifying the obstacles related to women and limiting the effectiveness of the Enterprise Development Agency in supporting women's entrepreneurship, and identifying the obstacles related to society and limiting the effectiveness of the Enterprise Development Agency in supporting entrepreneurship Women's business, and identifying obstacles related to the Enterprise Development Agency and limiting its effectiveness in supporting women's entrepreneurship.
This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and this study also relied on a sample social survey of the beneficiaries of the services of the Enterprise Development Agency, and the research sample amounted to (130) individuals, and the researcher relied in collecting data from the field on the scale of the effectiveness of the Enterprise Development Agency in supporting women’s entrepreneurship. Applied to the beneficiaries of the Enterprise Development Agency services, and the results of the study revealed that there are obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the Enterprise Development Agency in supporting women's entrepreneurship, some of which are related to women, others are linked to the community, and the third is linked to the Enterprise Development Agency.
