التدخل المهني لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات لزيادة الكفاءة الأخلاقية للأخصائين الإجتماعين

ملخص البحث:
الكفاءة ﺍﻻﺨﻼقية ﺒﺎﺒﻌﺎﺩها ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ تعتبر ﻗﻭﺍﻡ ﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻻﻨﺴﺎﻥ ﻭأﺴﺎﺱ كيانه ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻨﻭﻱ ﻭﺘﻔﺎﻋﻠﻪ ﻤﻊ ﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﻪ ﻭﻤﻌﻁﻴﺎﺕ ﺤﻴﺎﺘﻪ، ﻓﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺒﻼ ﺍﺨﻼﻕ ﻴﺴﺎﻭﻱ بناء ﺒﻼ أﺴﺎﺱ، والكفاءة ﺍﻻﺨﻼقية تعتبر ﻋﺎﻤﻼ ﻤﻬﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺩﺭﺓ العضو ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻭﺍﻓﻕ المهني والإجتماعي ﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ الذي يعيش فيه، فهي ﺒﻤﺜﺎﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﻗﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ سلوكياته ﺤﺘﻰ ﻻﻴﻁﻠﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻥ ﻟﻨﻔﺴﻪ ﻨﺤﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﺩﻭﺍﻥ ﻭﻴﺘﻌﺩﻯ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﻭﺍﻨﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ، وتعتبر تلك الدراسة من الدراسات شبه التجريبية التي تستهدف إختبار العلاقة بين متغييرين أساسين الأول المتغير المستقل بإستخدام برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات والأخر التابع وهو تنمية الكفاءة الأخلاقية للأخصائين الإجتماعين، وقد إستهدفت تلك الدراسة اختبار فاعليه برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات فى تنميه الكفاءه الأخلاقية للاخصائيين الإجتماعين، وقد إتبعت الباحثة في تلك الدراسة اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ شبه التجريبي القائم ﻋﻠﻰ مجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية والأخري ضابطة، وقد تم ﺟﻤﻊ اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل تطبيق المقياس اﻟذي صمم لتحقيق أغراض هذه الدراسة، ومن ثم أجري التحليل الإحصائي المناسب، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي إثبات صحة الفرض الرئيسي للدراسة ومن ثم الفروض الفرعية الخاصة بالدراسة.

Professional intervention for the social group work methods to increase the moral competence of social workers
Abstract:
Moral competence in its various dimensions is considered the basis of human life and the basis of his moral entity and his interaction with his society and the data of his life, He does not indulge himself in sabotage or aggression and infringes the laws of society, This study is considered one of the semi-experimental studies that aims to test the relationship between two basic variables, the first is the independent variable using the professional intervention program for the method of working with groups, and the second is the subordinate, which is the development of the moral competence of social workers. The study tested the effectiveness of the professional intervention program for the social group work methods in developing the moral competence of social workers. In that study, the researcher followed the semi-experimental approach based on two groups, one experimental and the other control. Then the appropriate statistical analysis was conducted, and the results of the study came to prove the validity of the hypothesis for the main study, and then the sub-hypotheses for the study.
