     يعد اهمية وجود العنصر النسائي في برامج الحركة الكشفية تعزيزا لدورها البارز ة في المجتمعات والتي تعكس تطبيقا فعليا وواقعيا لقيم المواطنة بالمجتمع , من هنا فقد هدف البحث للتعرف على دور المرأة السعودية في نشر الحركة الكشفية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة وفق رؤية 2030. بالاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي للسيدات الرائدات بالحركة الكشفية بمحافظة تبوك , من خلال تطبيق ادوات الدراسة بينت نتائج الدراسة ان اهم دور المرأة السعودية في نشر الحركة الكشفية وتعزيز ثقافة المواطنة وفق رؤية 2030تمثل في نشر روح التطوع بين المحيطين في محيط العمل , واستغلال العلاقات الاجتماعية في التأكيد على اهمية التطوع بالحركات الكشفية , حضور المؤتمرات المتعلقة بقيم المواطنة المجتمعية , والالمام والدراية بكافة القوانين المجتمعية , وتمثلت الصعوبات التي تعرقل دور المرأة السعودية في نشر الحركة الكشفية : رؤية المجتمع في عدم قدرة المرأة لنشر ثقافة الحركة الكشفية والضغوط الحياتية تقلل فرص مشاركتي بالحركة الكشفية , كما كانت اهم المقترحات للتغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجه دور المرأة لنشر الحركة الكشفية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة , توجيه المجتمع حول اهمية دور المرأة لنشر ثقافة الحركة الكشفية والتطوع فيها - توجيه القوانين حول الزام المجتمع بتعزيز قيم المواطنة في ثقافة التطوع والمشاركة بين الرجل والمرأة.
