المساندة الاجتماعية ومواجهة الضغوط الاجتماعية لدى أسر الشهداء المدنيين ضحايا العمليات الإرهابية

ملخص
يشكل الارهاب خطرا ضد الإنسانية حيث جلبت ثورات الربيع العديد من الانجازات علي المستوي السياسي, ولكنها طرحت حزمه من الاشكاليات والتحديات علي المستوي الامني نتيجة لانتشار الجماعات الإرهابية ، فالإرهاب ظاهرة قديمة عرفها تاريخ البشرية منذ زمن بعيد إذ تمتد جذورها التاريخية الي عصور ما قبل التاريخ, غير أنها أصبحت في عصرنا الحديث خطراً يهدد أمن الشعوب في كل انحاء العالم, ففي المجتمعات البدائية حيث لم تكن الدولة معروفه بشكلها الحالي كان مجرد المساس باحترام زعيم الجماعة عقابه الاعدام, كما ان الشريعة الإسلامية صورت الارهاب ووضعت أول تشريع متكامل للجرائم الإرهابية.
كما أن المجتمع المدني له دور في مكافحه الارهاب, حيث أن المجتمع المدني بما يضمنه من جزئيات ولامتلاكه لإمكانيات مؤثره بالإضافة لقرب مؤسسات المجتمع المدني من المواطنين فانه يساهم بدور هام في مكافحه ظاهره الارهاب. وتهدف الخدمة الاجتماعية للتعرف علي المعوقات والظلم واللامساواة الموجود في اي مجتمع لذلك فهي تستجيب للازمات والاحداث الطارئة والمشكلات اليومية والاجتماعية العادية وتستند هذه المهنة في عملها علي مهارات عده واساليب وتقنيات تتسق كلها مع اهتماماتها الأساسية المنصبة علي الافراد وبيئاتهم . وتعتبر المساندة الاجتماعية مصدرا هاما من مصادر الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الفعال الذي يحتاجه الانسان حيث يؤثر حجم المساندة الاجتماعية ومستوي الرضا عنها في كيفيه ادراك الفرد لأحداث الحياه الضاغطة المختلفة واساليب مواجهتها وتعامله مع هذه الاحداث كما انها تلعب دورا هاما في اشباع الحاجه الي الامن النفسي وخفض مستوي المعاناة النفسية الناتجة من شده الاحداث الضاغطة وذات اثر فعال في تخفيف الاعراض المرضية.

Abstract:
Terrorism poses a threat against humanity, as the spring revolutions brought many achievements on the political level, but it presented a package of problems and challenges on the security level as a result of the proliferation of terrorist groups. In our modern era, it has become a threat to the security of peoples all over the world. In primitive societies, where the state was not known in its current form, the mere infringement of the respect of the leader of the group was punishable by death, just as Islamic law depicted terrorism and established the first integrated legislation for terrorist crimes. Civil society also has a role in combating terrorism, as civil society, with its elements and its possession of influential capabilities, in addition to the proximity of civil society institutions to citizens, contributes an important role in combating the phenomenon of terrorism. Social service aims to identify the obstacles, injustice and inequality that exist in any society, so it responds to crises, emergency events, and daily and normal social problems. Social support is an important source of effective psychological and social support that a person needs, as the amount of social support and the level of satisfaction with it affects how the individual perceives the various stressful events of life and the methods of confronting and dealing with these events. It also plays an important role in satisfying the need for psychological security and reducing the level of suffering. The psychological effects resulting from the severity of the stressful events and have an effective effect in relieving the pathological symptoms.
