مجالات اهتمام سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية في مصر خلال الفترة(1996-2020)

الملخص
   هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي تحديد مجالات إهتمام سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للاطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية؛ حيث تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واعتمدت علي منهج دراسة الحالة كمنهج كيفي يستخدمه الباحث لدراسة وتحليل تشريعات سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية فى مصر فى الفترة من(1996-2020)،واستخدم الباحث دليل تحليل المضمون كأداة لتحليل تشريعات سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية خلال الفترة (1996-2020) ودليل مقابلة للخبراء بغرض الحصول على البیانات اللازمة لتحلیل تلك السیاسات، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن قضايا الرعاية البديلة للأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأسرية من أكثر المجالات التي أصدرت قرارارت بشأنها.

   The current study aimed to define the areas of interest in the social welfare policy for children deprived of family care; Where this study belongs to the pattern of descriptive analytical studies, and relied on the case study curriculum as a qualitative approach that the researcher uses to study and analyze the legislation of social welfare policy for children deprived of family care in Egypt in the period from (1996-2020), and the researcher used the content analysis guide as a tool to analyze policy legislation Social welfare for children deprived of family care during the period (1996-2020) and interview guide for experts for the purpose of obtaining the necessary data to analyze these policies
The study concludes that The issues of alternative care for children deprived of family care are among the most important areas in which decisions were issued.
