تحليل سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للاطفال المودعين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية

الملخص
   هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي تحليل سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للاطفال المودعين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية ؛ حيث تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واعتمدت علي منهج دراسة الحالة كمنهج كيفي يستخدمه الباحث لدراسة وتحليل تشريعات سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال المودعين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية فى مصر فى الفترة من(1996-2020)،واستخدم الباحث دليل تحليل المضمون كأداة لتحليل تشريعات سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال المودعين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية خلال الفترة (1996-2020) ودليل مقابلة للخبراء بغرض الحصول على البیانات اللازمة لتحلیل تلك السیاسات، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن توفير إقامة مناسبة  للأطفال المودعين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية  من أكثر اهداف سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للاطفال المودعين بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية  التي أصدرت تشريعات بشأنها.

   The current study aimed to Analysis of social welfare Policy for children placed in social welfare institutions; Where this study belongs to the pattern of descriptive analytical studies, and relied on the case study curriculum as a qualitative approach that the researcher uses to study and analyze the legislation of social welfare policy for children placed in social welfare institutions in Egypt in the period from (1996-2020), and the researcher used the content analysis guide as a tool to analyze policy legislation Social welfare for children placed in social welfare institutions during the period (1996-2020) and interview guide for experts for the purpose of obtaining the necessary data to analyze these policies.
The study concludes The provision of suitable accommodation for children placed in social care institutions is one of the most important objectives of the social care policy for children placed in social care institutions, for which legislation has been issued.
