التدخل المهنى من منظور الممارسة العامة فى الخدمة الاجتماعية لتدعيم إدارة مرحلة التقاعد لدى المسنين

ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار فعالية برنامج للتدخل المهنى من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية فى تدعيم إدارة مرحلة التقاعد لدى المسنين  ، وتعد الدراسة من الدراسات التجريبية ، وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي باستخدام التجربة القبلة البعدية لمجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة ، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة فى مقياس إدارة مرحلة التقاعد لدى المسنين، وطبقت الدراسة فى نادى السعادة بطلخا، وتمثل المجال البشرى للدراسة فى (30) مسن تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة ، وقد استغرق برنامج التدخل أربعة أشهر، وأثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الرئيس والفروض الفرعية .  
Abstract :
          The study aimed to test the effectiveness of a professional intervention program from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work in strengthening the management of the retirement stage among the elderly. The study is an experimental study The semi-experimental approach was used using the before - post experiment for two groups , one experimental and the other a control group, The tools of the study were the measure of managing the retirement stage of the elderly , and the study was applied in the happiness club in Talkha, and the human field of study was represented in (30) elderly people who were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control one. The intervention program took four months, and the results of the study confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses.
