فعالية برامج ريادة الأعمال النسائية في الحد من المخاطر الصحية التي تواجه المرأة

ملخص البحث:
المرأة هي عماد المجتمع فهي نصف الحاضر وكل المستقبل فهي نصفه والمسؤول عن النصف الآخر وهي التي تبني الجيل القادم ومن ثم فإن إعداد المرأة من حيث تنميتها وتطوير قدراتها يعد مرتكزًا تنمويًا أساسيًا فإذا أراد المجتمع الإنطلاق لتحقيق التنميه فلا بد من تنميه المرأة وهذا ما اجتمعت عليه كافه البحوث وأيضًا المنظمات الدوليه والمحليه .
إن واقع المرأة في أي مجتمع يشكل معيارًا فعليًا للحكم على درجه النمو الحقيقيه لهذا المجتمع وارتقائه في حين أن تقدم هذا المجتمع هي نفسها درجه تقدم المرأة فيه فتقدم الرجل وارتقائه يرتبط بشكل وثيق بتطوير المرأة .
ويعد الاستثمار في المرأة احدى الوسائل المهمه الفعاله لتحقيق المساواه وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي الشامل والمستدام كما اشارت منظمه العمل الدوليه عام 2017 خاصه من خلال مشروعات المرأة الصغيره والمتوسطه إذ تسهم تلك المشروعات في خلق فرص عمل وتوسيع قاعده الموارد والمواهب البشريه والحد من الفقر إلا أنه رغم ذلك لا تزال الفجوه قائمه بين الجنسين على مستوى ملكيه الأعمال وانشطه ريادة الأعمال ورغم الجهود المبذوله من جانب الحكومه المصريه من اجل تعزيز المشروعات الصغيره والمتوسطه والمتناهيه الصغيره إلا أنها لا زالت تعاني من عدم المساواه بين الجنسين حيث تظل تواجه تحديات كثيره مثل صعوبه تحقيق التوازن بين إداره ريادة الأعمال والمسؤوليات الأسريه ونقص الوصول إلى الخدمات الماليه وغير الماليه والافتقار إلى إمكانيه الوصول إلى الأسواق والتكنولوجيا وشبكات الأعمال.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
Women are the pillar of society, they are half of the present and all the future, they are half of it and responsible for the other half, which builds the next generation, and then the preparation of women in terms of their development and the development of their capabilities is a basic development pillar, if society wants to launch to achieve development, it is necessary to develop women, and this is what all research and also international and local organizations have gathered.
The reality of women in any society constitutes an actual criterion for judging the real degree of growth of this society and its advancement, while the progress of this society is the same as the degree of progress of women in it, so the progress and advancement of men is closely linked to the development of women.
Investing in women is one of the important and effective means to achieve equality and promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, as indicated by the International Labor Organization in 2017, especially through small and medium women's projects, as these projects contribute to creating job opportunities, expanding the base of human resources and talents, and reducing poverty, but despite that, the gender gap still exists at the level of business ownership and entrepreneurial activities.Despite the efforts made by the Egyptian government to promote small, medium and micro enterprises, they still suffer from gender inequality and continue to face many challenges such as the difficulty of balancing entrepreneurship management with family responsibilities, lack of access to financial and non-financial services, lack of access to markets, technology and business network
