فاعلية مشروع دعم سبل العيش لأمهات أطفال المدارس المجتمعية في تحقيق أهدافه

ملخص البحث :
يعتبر التعليم من أهم محركات التنمية لأنه بمثابة الاستثمار الأمثل للموارد البشرية وهو جوهر تلك العملية وهدفاً قومياً باعتباره حقًا أساسيًا من حقوق الإنسان ، وانطلاقا من أن التعليم هو أكثر العناصر تأثيرًا للخروج من دائرة الفقر وسوء الأوضاع الاقتصادية وضعف المستوي المعيشي وتحسين نوعية الحياة، وعليه استوجب البحث عن صيغ جديدة تستوعب الأطفال خاصًا في المناطق الريفية والمناطق النائية فكانت المدارس المجتمعية أكثر مرونة في قبول الأطفال المحرومين من التعليم ، لذا حرصت الدولة علي إنشاء مؤسسات التعليم المجتمعي بأنماطها المختلفة وأوجبت إلزامية ومجانية التعليم للجميع وأكدت على حق الفئات المهمشة والمحرومة من الخدمات التعليمية ، لذا تسعى الباحثة من خلال الدراسة الحالية إلي تسليط الضوء علي احد أهم مشروعات التمكين الاقتصادي وهو (مشروع دعم سبل العيش لأمهات الأطفال في المدارس المجتمعية) حيث هدف المشروع  تمكين الأسر الفقيرة محدودة الدخل من خلال إتاحة فرص توليد الدخل لضمان استثمار الأسر في تعليم  أطفالهم من خلال المؤسسة العامة للتكافل الاجتماعي بالتعاون مع منظمة العمل وبرنامج الغداء العالمي تحت مظلة وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي ...
وعليه توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى فاعلية المشروع في ضمان استمرارية الأطفال في التعليم بالمدارس المجتمعية ككل كما تحدده المستفيدات بلغ قوته نسبتة (90.6%) وهو مستوى مرتفع.
وعليه تستخلص الباحثة بعض التوصيات التي تدعم وتعزز التعليم المجتمعي لتحقيق أقصي فاعلية لتلك للمدارس المجتمعية :
التوصيات:

العمل علي تحسين نظرة المجتمع للتعليم المجتمعي، وتقليص الفجوة بين التعليم العام والتعليم المجتمعي .
قيام الأعلام بتهيئة مجتمعية للتوعية بجهود التعليم المجتمعي لمواجهة ظاهرة التسرب التعليمي .

Abstract
Education is considered one of the most important engines of development because it is the optimal investment of human resources and it is the essence of that process and a national goal as a basic human right, and based on the fact that education is the most influential element to get out of the cycle of poverty, poor economic conditions, poor standard of living and improving the quality of life, and accordingly the research necessitated For new formulas that accommodate children, especially in rural and remote areas, community schools were more flexible in accepting children deprived of education, so the state was keen to establish community education institutions in its various forms and required compulsory and free education for all and emphasized the right of marginalized and deprived groups of educational services, so it seeks The researcher, through the current study, aims to shed light on one of the most important economic empowerment projects, which is (the project to support livelihoods for mothers of children in community schools).

Accordingly, the results of the study concluded that the level of effectiveness of the project in ensuring the continuity of children in education in community schools as a whole, as determined by the beneficiaries, reached a strength of (90.6%), which is a high level. Accordingly, the researcher draws some recommendations that support and enhance community education to achieve the maximum effectiveness of those for community schools: Recommendations:

Work to improve the society's view of community education, and reduce the gap between public education and community education.
The media prepares a community to raise awareness of community education efforts to confront the phenomenon of educational dropout.
