واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير أداء المؤسسات التعليمية بمحافظة الغربية

 
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير أداء المؤسسات الاجتماعية التعليمية بمحافظة الغربية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وبيان واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير أداء المؤسسات الاجتماعية التعليمية بمحافظة الغربية، كما استخدم مقياس واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير أداء المؤسسات التعليمية بمحافظة الغربية يتضمن (26) بنداً تحت جوانب تطوير أداء المؤسسات التعليمية وهي: (وضوح المعلومات - توقيت المعلومات - الأجهزة والمعدات - أساليب العمل - الكفاءة المؤسسية)، وبلغ عدد العينة (130) فرداً منهم (21) أخصائياً، و(38) إدارياً، و(71) معلماً من مدارس التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة الغربية منهم (84) ذكور، (46) إناث، وأظهرت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج وفقا لوعي أخصائي تكنولوجيا التعليم بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بواقع الأداء المؤسسي بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر في ضوء استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات من ضعف في وضوح المعلومات ودقتها، وقلة في توقيت المعلومات، وندرة في الأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة في النظام، وضعف أساليب العمل، وقلة الكفاءة المؤسسية، ومن خلال تلك النتائج التي أظهرها البحث ، تم وضع المقترحات الإجرائية وآليات تنفيذها.

Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the reality of using information technology to develop the performance of educational social institutions in Gharbia Governorate. The study relied on the descriptive approach to describe and clarify the reality of the use of information technology to develop the performance of educational social institutions in Gharbia Governorate. The scale of the reality of using information technology to develop the performance of educational institutions in Gharbia governorate includes (26) items under the aspects of developing the performance of educational institutions, which are: (Information clarity - The timing of the information - devices and equipment - work methods - institutional efficiency), and the number of the sample was (130) individuals, including (21) specialists, (38) administrators, and (71) teachers from secondary schools in Gharbia Governorate, including (84) ) Males, (46) females, and the statistical treatment of the results, according to the awareness of the educational technology specialist in secondary education schools, showed the reality of institutional performance in general secondary schools in Egypt in light of the use of information technology, including weakness in information clarity and accuracy, lack of information timeliness, and scarcity of devices and equipment. used in the system, weak work methods, and lack of institutional efficiency, and through those results shown by the research, procedural proposals and implementation mechanisms were developed.
