دور الجمعيات الأهلية في تحقيق الأمن الأسري للأطفال الأيتام

ملخص الدراسة:
تأتي أهمية الدراسة الحالية من خلال التعرف علي طبيعة الأدوار داخل الجمعيات الأهلية، للوصول إلي تحقيق الرعاية الشاملة والمتكاملة للأطفال الأيتام، وتعويضهم عما فقدوه في حياتهم، من خلال توفير رعاية أسرية قريبة من النمط الطبيعي للأسرة، والإهتمام بالمشكلات التي تواجه الأطفال الأيتام في حياتهم داخل الجمعيات، ومحاولة التصدي لهذه المشكلات من خلال توفير برامج وخدمات متنوعة لديها القدرة علي إشباع احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم، ووضع أسس ومعايير لضمان حياه كريمة لهؤلاء الأيتام، وسيتم المعالجة من خلال فهم وتحليل الخدمات التي تقدمها الجمعيات الأهلية لرعاية الأطفال الأيتام، والمشكلات التي تعوق رعايتهم، ودور الدولة في المساعدة والاستشارة للحد من هذه المشكلات ومدي قدرتها علي تعبئة جهود الأفراد والجماعات لإحداث التنمية في المجتمع لصالح هؤلاء الأطفال وحل مشكلاتهم.
وهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الجمعيات الأهلية في تحقيق الأمن الأسري للأطفال الأيتام، وذلك لأهمية الدور الذي تقوم به الجمعيات في تقديم الرعاية اللازمة للأطفال الأيتام وتقديم العديد من الخدمات لهم سواء كانت خدمات صحية أو تعليمية او غذائية أو غير ذلك من الخدمات الهامة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل وتفسير نتائج الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها بروز دور الجمعيات الأهلية في توفير جميع الخدمات الأساسية لتحقيق الأمن الأسري للأطفال الأيتام.

The importance of the current study comes from identifying the nature of roles within NGOs, in order to achieve comprehensive and integrated care for orphan children, and to compensate them for what they lost in their lives, by providing family care close to the natural pattern of the family, and paying attention to the problems facing orphan children in their lives within associations. , and an attempt to address these problems by providing various programs and services that have the ability to satisfy their needs and requirements, and to establish foundations and standards to ensure a decent life for these orphans, and the treatment will be done through understanding and analyzing the services provided by NGOs to care for orphaned children, and the problems that hinder their care, and the role of the state in Assistance and consultation to reduce these problems and the extent of its ability to mobilize the efforts of individuals and groups to bring about development in society for the benefit of these children and solve their problems.
The study aimed to know the role of NGOs in achieving family security for orphaned children, due to the importance of the role played by associations in providing the necessary care for orphaned children and providing them with many services, whether health, educational, food or other important services.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach in analyzing and interpreting the results of the study. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was the emergence of the role of NGOs in providing all basic services to achieve family security for orphaned children.
