متطلبات تفعيل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد المبنية علي البراهين بالمجال الطبي

هدفت الدراسة إلى "تحديد متطلبات تفعيل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد المبنية على البراهين بالمجال الطبي"، من خلال تحديد المتطلبات (المعرفية- المهارية- القيمية- التدريبية) وكذلك تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه تفعيل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد المبنية على البراهين بالمجال الطبي، وهي دراسة وصفية استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية. والبالغ عددهم (54) مفردة تم تطبيق أداة البحث عليهم والمتمثلة في استبانة حول "متطلبات تفعيل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد المبنية علي البراهين بالمجال الطبي ومعوقاتها"، مكونة من (63) عبارة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن البعد الثالث والمتعلق بإجمالي استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو المتطلبات القيمية جاء في الترتيب الأول بمجموع أوزان مشاهد قدره (1694) من إجمالي مجموع أوزان متوقع قدره (1782) بقوة نسبية قدرها (95%) ومتوسط حسابي قوي قدره (2.85)، بينما جاء البعد الأول والمتعلق بإجمالي استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو المتطلبات المعرفية في الترتيب الثاني بمجموع أوزان مشاهد قدره (1767) من إجمالي مجموع أوزان متوقع قدره (1944) بقوة نسبية قدرها (90.67 %) ومتوسط حسابي قوي قدره (2.72)، في حين جاء البعد الرابع والمتعلق بإجمالي استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو المتطلبات التدريبية في الترتيب الثالث بمجموع أوزان مشاهد قدره (1611) من إجمالي مجموع أوزان متوقع قدره (1782) بقوة نسبية قدرها(90.33 %) ومتوسط حسابي قوي قدره (2.71)، يليه البعد الثاني والمتعلق بإجمالي استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو المتطلبات المهارية حيث جاء في الترتيب الرابع بمجموع أوزان مشاهد قدره (2329) من إجمالي مجموع أوزان متوقع قدره (2592) بقوة نسبية قدرها(89.67 %) ومتوسط حسابي قوي قدره (2.69)، وهو ما يعكس الحاجة إلى  الوفاء بمتطلبات تفعيل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد المبنية على البراهين قيميًا في المقام الأول وتدريبيًا في المقام الأخير، في حين جاء البعد الخامس والمتعلق بإجمالي استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو المعوقات المتعلقة باستخدام الممارسة المبنية على البراهين في طريقة خدمة الفرد بالمؤسسات الطبية في الترتيب الخامس بمجموع أوزان مشاهد قدره (1813) من إجمالي مجموع أوزان متوقع قدره (2106) بقوة نسبية قدرها (86 %) ومتوسط حسابي قوي قدره (2.58)، وفي ضوء ذلك تم وضع مجموعة من  التوصيات اللازمة لتفعيل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد المبنية على البراهين بالمجال الطبي.

Research title: Requirements for activating the professional practice of the case work  method based on evidences in the medical field.
Abstract:
The study aimed to "determine the requirements for activating the professional practice of the case work  method   based on evidences in the medical field", by identifying the requirements (cognitive - skills - values - training) as well as identifying the obstacles facing the activation of the professional practice of the case work  method based on evidences in the medical field,  this   studyis  A descriptive study that used the  sample  social survey method applied on  social workers working in medical institutions. Their number is (54), the research tool was applied to them, which is represented in a questionnaire about "the requirements for activating the professional practice of the case work  method based on evidences in the medical field and its obstacles", consisting of (63) phrases distributed over five dimensions.
 The  study found that the third dimension related to the total responses of the study sample Towards the value requirements dimension  came in the first rank  with a total of observed weights of (1694) out of a total expected total weights of (1782) with a relative strength of (95%) and a strong arithmetic mean of (2.85), while the first dimension  which was related to the total responses of the study sample towards the cognitive requirements dimension  in The second rank has a total observed weights  (1767) out of a total expected total weights of (1944) with a relative strength of (90.67%) and a strong arithmetic mean of (2.72), while the fourth dimension related to the total responses of the study sample towards the training requirements came in the third rank with the total observed weights of  (1611) out of a total expected total weights of (1782) with a relative strength of (90.33%) and a strong arithmetic mean of (2.71),  the second dimension related to the total responses of the study sample towards skill requirements, as it came in  the  fourth rank with a total of observed weights of (2329) out of a total expected total weight of (2592) with a relative strength of (89.67%) and a strong arithmetic mean of (2.69), which reflects the need to fulfill the requirements of activating the professional practice of the case work  method based on evidences in value. In the first place and training in the last place, while the fifth dimension, which is related to the total responses of the study sample towards the obstacles related to the use of evidence-based practice in the case work  method  in medical institutions, came in the fifth  rank , with a total of observed weights of (1813) out of a total expected weight of (2106). with a relative strength of (86%) and a strong arithmetic mean of (2.58) In light of this, a set of necessary recommendations were developed to activate the professional practice of the  case work methodbased on evidence in the medical field.
