مجتمع المخاطر العالمي تحليل لآثار جائحة كوفيد- 19 في المجتمع السعودي

ملخص الدراسة:
  سعت الدراسة إلى تحديد خصائص مجتمع المخاطر لجائحة كوفيد- 19، والآثار المترتبة عليها في المجتمع السعودي، وصولاً إلى تحديد الآليات الاحترازية لتعزيز للحد من مخاطرها. ومنهجياً، تعد من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، التي استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وقد تم سحب عينة عمدية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بلغت (317) مبحوثاً من مؤسسات حكومية وخاصة ومنظمات غير ربحية بمدينة الرياض، طبقت عليهم أداة الاستبانة للحصول على بياناتها، وإجراء المعالجات الاحصائية المناسبة.
  وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن من أهم خصائص جائحة كوفيد 19، أنها من المخاطر المصنعة نتيجة التقدم العلمي والتقني وزاد من خطورتها تنقلها جغرافياً. ومن أهم الآثار الاجتماعية الناتجة عن خطر الجائحة في المجتمع السعودي الشعور الجمعي بالتضامن خوفاً من التهديد المشترك، والاتجاه نحو التواصل الاجتماعي الالكتروني، وارتفاع معدل العنف والبطالة والمشكلات النفسية. وأهم الآليات الاحترازية لتعزيز الحد من مخاطر الجائحة تطوير نظام معلومات صحي يعزز عمليات الرصد والمراقبة والتحكم، ودعم العوامل الثقافية للسلوكيات الايجابية للالتزام بالاحترازات الصحية، والاتجاه نحو استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونيَّة، وتكثيف الحملات التوعويَّة عن مخاطر الجائحة.

An analysis of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic
On Saudi society
Abstract:
The study aimed to determine the characteristics of the risk community of the Covid-19 pandemic, and its social effects on Saudi society, in order to identify mechanisms for activating precautionary efforts to enhance prevention of its danger.
Methodologically, it is one of the analytical descriptive studies, which used the social survey method by the sample. A Purposive sample representing the study community was withdrawn, amounting to (317) respondents from government, private sectors, and non-profit organizations in the city of Riyadh. The questionnaire tool was applied to them to obtain its data, and to carry out the appropriate statistical treatments.
The results of the study concluded that one of the most important characteristics of the Covid-19 pandemic is that it is a manufactured risk as a result of scientific and technical progress, and its geographical transmission has increased its danger. Among the most important social effects resulting from the threat of the pandemic in Saudi society is the collective feeling of solidarity for fear of a common threat, the trend towards electronic social communication, and the high rate of violence, unemployment, and psychological problems. The most important precautionary mechanisms to prevent the risk of a pandemic are the development of a health information system that enhances monitoring, support cultural factors for positive behaviors to adhere to health precautions, and intensifying awareness campaigns about the risks of the pandemic.
