مستوى التمكين المؤسسي بالجامعات وآليات تحقيقه من منظور تنظيم المجتمع

ملخص الدراسة:
إن التطور الهائل في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات جعل المتخصصين في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في حاله من التفاؤل وذلك لان عصر المعلومات الجديد اصبح تبادل المعلومات هو المتغير الثالث في مثلث المؤشرات إلى جانب المتغير الاقتصادي والمتغير الاجتماعي والمستخدمان لقياس الاقتصاديات ومراقبتها، وتحدد الأضلاع الثلاثة للمثلث مدى توازن كل دولة في التنمية وبالتالي قدرتها العامة على جذب المستثمرين الخارجيين. ومن المتوقع أنه في حالة الاستخدام الفعال للأدوات الجديدة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات أن تؤثر في كافة البني الثقافية للمجتمع بما في ذلك الحياة المنزلية وأماكن العمل والمدارس والمؤسسات والحكومات، هذه المؤثرات جميعها سوف تقود إلى بزوغ ما يسمى "مجتمع المعلومات. وتعتبر الجامعات من أهم المؤسسات في حياة المجتمعات وان كل محاولة لتطويرها تعتبر اسهام في تطويره ولا سيما طريقة تنظيم المجتمع تعمل علي استخدام اساليبها لتطوير الجامعات من خلال التمكين المؤسسي بمستوياته المتدرجة والتي تطور الأداء كما وكيفا وهذا ما توصلت الية الدراسة.

The tremendous development in the field of information and communication technology has made specialists in the field of economic and social development in a state of optimism, because the new information age has become the third variable in the triangle of indicators, along with the economic variable and the social variable, which are used to measure and monitor economies, and the three sides of the triangle determine the extent of balance Each country's development and thus its general ability to attract outside investors. It is expected that if the new tools of information and communication technology are used effectively, they will affect all cultural structures of society, including home life, workplaces, schools, institutions and governments. All of these influences will lead to the emergence of the so-called "information society". Universities are considered one of the most important institutions in the life of societies, and every attempt to develop them is considered a contribution to its development, especially the way society is organized. It works to use its methods to develop universities through institutional empowerment at its gradual levels, which develop performance in quantity and quality.
