تقويم الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بالفيوم

ملخص البحث:
     صنف "بيرلمان وجورين"Perlman& Gorin " المنظمات التي يعمل بها الأخصائي الاجتماعي الي ثلاث أنواع والمتمثلة في الجمعيات التطوعية، مؤسسات الخدمة، منظمات التخطيط، ووفقا لما حدده فالممارسة في منظمات التخطيط  تتطلب قيام الاخصائي الاجتماعي بأربع وظائف أساسية والمتمثلة في دراسة الاحتياجات وتحديد المشكلات، تحديد الأهداف والسياسات، الرقابة والتغذية العكسية، استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وبالرجوع لمهام مديرية التضامن الاجتماعي باعتبارها منظمة تخطيط وفقا للاديبات النظرية، اشار الواقع الميداني قيامها بوظيفة الرقابة والتوجيه، حيث انها تراقب اداء الجمعيات الاهلية والوحدات الاجتماعية وتقوم بالتوجيه والمتابعة، لذا استهدف البحث الوقوف على الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين كمخططين فيما يتعلق بالدور الرقابي، وتندرج الدراسة تحت الدراسات التقويمية مستخدما الحصر الشامل للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بالفيوم وعددهم (48) مفردة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة  ان الاهداف التي يسعي الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتحقيقها عند قيامهم بوظيفة الرقابة على انشطة وبرامج المديرية، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (2,69)، والمتوسط المرجح (129,4)، وقد جاءت القوة النسبية للمؤشر بمستوي عال فبلغت (89,9%).

Abstract:
Perlman & Gorin classified the organizations in which the social worker works into three types, which are voluntary associations, service institutions, and planning organizations. Objectives and policies, control and feedback, the use of modern technology, and with reference to the tasks of the Directorate of Social Solidarity as a planning organization in accordance with theoretical literature, The field reality indicated that it performs the function of oversight and guidance, as it monitors the performance of civil associations and social units and provides guidance and follow-up, so the research aimed to stand on the professional performance of social workers as planners with regard to the oversight role, and the study falls under evaluation studies using the comprehensive inventory of social workers working in the Directorate of Social Solidarity in Fayoum Their number is (48) single, The results of the study concluded that the goals that social workers seek to achieve when they carry out the function of monitoring the activities and programs of the Directorate, where the general arithmetic mean was (2.69), and the weighted average was (129.4), and the relative strength of the indicator came at a high level, reaching (89.9%).
