الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم

الملخص:
      تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى "تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم", وذلك من خلال مجموعة أهداف فرعية وهى تحديد الاحتياجات (المعرفية- المهارية- القيمية) المرتبطة بتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم, تحديد الصعوبات المرتبطة بتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم, تحديد المقترحات التى تساهم فى تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم, التوصل إلى برنامج تدريبي مقترح فى خدمة الجماعة لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم, وتعتبر الدراسة من الدارسات الوصفية التى اعتمدت على منهج المسج الاجتماعى الشامل لجميع الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم بمركز التدريب الحرفي للمعاقين بأسوان, وبلغت عينة الدراسة على (80) مفردة من الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم بمركز التدريب الحرفي للمعاقين بأسوان, وعدد(15) من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الخبراء فى مجال ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة والأكاديميين فى الخدمة الاجتماعية, ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات( المعرفية, المهارية, القيمية) لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم, وتحديد الصعوبات والمقترحات, وخرجت الدراسة ببرنامج تدريبي مقترح فى خدمة الجماعة لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية لدى جماعات الأطفال ذوى الهمم القابلين للتعلم.

Abstract: The current study aims to "identify the training needs to develop a culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups.", through a set of sub-goals, which are to identify the needs (Knowledge – skill- value) associated with the development of a culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups .and to identify the skill needs associated with the culture of learning. Social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups, identify the value needs associated with the culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups, identify the difficulties associated with developing a culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups, identify proposals that contribute to the development of a culture Social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups, to arrive at a proposed training program in the service of the group to develop a culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups. free training center In the handicapped in Aswan, the sample of the study consisted of (80) for mentally handicapped Children at the Craft Training Center for the Disabled in Aswan, and (15) social workers experts in the field of people with special needs and academics in social work, The results of the study have identified the needs (Knowledge, skill, value) to develop a culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups, identify the difficulties and suggestions, and he study produced a proposed training program in group work to develop a culture of social entrepreneurship for mentally handicapped Children Groups.
