معوقات الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية دراسة مقارنة بين المستشفيات الحكومية والخاصة في محافظة جدة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي تواجه الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية في المستشفيات الحكومية والخاصة والتعرف على الفروق التي بينهما في هذه المعوقات، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي والمنهج المقارن وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها(30) أخصائيًّا اجتماعيًّا من العاملين في المستشفيات الحكومية، و(30) أخصائيًّا اجتماعيًّا من العاملين في المستشفيات الخاصة، وجمعت البيانات باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج حول المعوقات التي تواجه الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية إذ تأتي المعوقات التي تتعلق بإدارة المستشفى أولًا، تليها المعوقات التي تتعلق بالفريق الطبي ثانيًا، تليهما المعوقات التي تتعلق بالعملاء ثالثًا، وأخيرًا تأتي المعوقات التي تتعلق بالأخصائي الاجتماعي رابعًا.  وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة توصيات منها: إلزام وزارة الصحة كافة المستشفيات بتطبيق دليل السياسات والإجراءات لأقسام الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية، تقدير الجهود التي يبذلها الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المستشفى وزيادة الحوافز المادية، تحديد حد أدنى للرواتب في المستشفيات الخاصة.

Abstract
    This study aims to identify the obstacles of the professional practice of medical social work in government and private hospitals in Jeddah, and to identify the differences between them in these obstacles. The study used the social survey methodology and a comparative approach. The study was applied to a sample of (30) social workers working in government hospitals, and (30) social workers working in private hospitals. Data was collected using the questionnaire tool. The study found several important results regarding the reality of professional practice of medical social work in both government and private hospitals, including the following: the obstacles related to hospital management came first, followed by the obstacles related to the medical team in the second place, thirdly the obstacles related to clients, and finally the obstacles related to the social worker as the fourth. The study reached several recommendations, including: the Ministry of Health should obligate all hospitals to apply the policies and procedures manual for the medical social work departments, appreciate the efforts made by the social worker in the hospital, increase monetary incentives, and set a minimum for the salary in private hospitals.
