واقع برامج البيوت الاجتماعية للأيتام في المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين (دراسة ميدانية)

ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع برامج البيوت الاجتماعية للأيتام في المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين، وقد استخدم منهج المسح الشامل، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات التي وزعت على عينة من مقدمي الرعاية في البيوت الاجتماعية في المملكة العربية السعودية وبلغت (46) فرداً.  وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من مقدمي الرعاية حول واقع البرامج الاجتماعية في البيوت الاجتماعية (4.18) ويقابل درجة (موافق)، في حين بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من مقدمي الرعاية حول واقع البرامج الترفيهية في البيوت الاجتماعية (3.96) ويقابل مستوى استجابة (موافق)، وفي بعد البرامج النفسية قد بلغ (3.80) ويقابل مستوى استجابة (موافق)، وفي بعد البرامج الاقتصادية قد بلغ (3.88) ويقابل مستوى استجابة (موافق)، وفي بعد البرامج التعليمية قد بلغ (4.19) ويقابل مستوى استجابة (موافق). وأوصت الدراسة بالاستمرار في تطوير البرامج المقدمة في البيوت الاجتماعية بحيث تلبي احتياجات الأيتام المتنوعة مع التركيز على التنويع فيها وتضمينها قيم مثل الاستثمار والثقة بالنفس والتسامح.

ABSTRACT
The current study aimed to identify the reality of social home programs for orphans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the point of view of officials. The comprehensive survey approach and questionnaire were used as a tool to collect information that was distributed to a sample of caregivers in social homes in Saudi Arabia, which amounted to (46) individuals. The study reached the following results: The arithmetic mean of the responses of the study sample of caregivers about the reality of social programs in social homes was (4.18) and corresponds to the degree of (approved), while the arithmetic mean of the responses of the study sample of caregivers about the reality of recreational programs in social homes was (3.96) and corresponds to the level of The response is (approved), and in the dimension of the psychological programs it has reached (3.80) and corresponds to the level of response (approved), and in the dimension of the economic programs it has reached (3.88) and corresponds to the level of response (approved), and in the dimension of the educational programs it has reached (4.19) and corresponds to the level of response (approved). The study recommended continuing to develop programs offered in social homes so as to meet the diverse needs of orphans, with a focus on diversification and including values such as investment, self-confidence and tolerance.
