فعالية المشروطية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدات من برنامج تكافل

ملخص:
في اطار التوجه العالمي لتطبيق المشروطية في برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لصالح الفقراء والفئات الضعيفة من السكان وتطبيق مصر للمشروطية في برنامج تكافل للحماية الاجتماعية والموجه لللاسر والسيدات الفقيرات، تسعي الدراسة الحالية الي تحديد فعالية المشروطية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدات من برنامج تكافل، تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه فعالية المشروطية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدات من برنامج تكافل، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي نمط الدراسات الوصفية، باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لعدد (354) مستفيدة من برنامج تكافل بمركز كوم أمبو بمحافظة أسوان. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الي أن مستوى فعالية المشروطية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدات من برنامج تكافل متوسطاً، وأنه توجد فروق جوهرية دالة إحصائياً بين استجابات المستفيدات وفقاً لمحل الإقامة فيما يتعلق بتحديدهن لمستوى فعالية المشروطية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدات من برنامج تكافل، وقدمت الدراسة تصور تخطيطي مقترح لتفعيل المشروطية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدات من برنامج تكافل.

Abstract:
Within the framework of the global trend of applying conditionality in social protection programs for the benefit of the poor and vulnerable groups of the population and Egypt's application of conditionality in the Takaful program for Social Protection aimed at poor families and poor women, the current study seeks to determine the effectiveness of conditionality in achieving social justice for beneficiaries of the Takaful program, identify the difficulties facing the effectiveness of conditionality in achieving social justice for beneficiaries of the Takaful program, and this study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies, using a sample social survey method for a number of (354) beneficiaries of the Takaful program at Aswan. The results of the study found that the level of effectiveness of conditionality in achieving social justice for beneficiaries of the Takaful program is average, and that there are significant differences statistically between the responses of beneficiaries according to their place of residence with regard to determining the level of effectiveness of conditionality in achieving social justice for beneficiaries of the Takaful program.the study presented a proposed planning concept to activate conditionality in achieving social justice for beneficiaries of the Takaful program.
