الحوكمة الإكلينيكية وأثرها على جودة خدمات التأمين الصحى الشامل ببورسعيد

ملخص البحث:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الحوكمة الإكلينيكية على الخدمات الصحية المقدمة من نظام التأمين الصحى الشامل ببورسعيد.
وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من المترددين على مراكز ووحدات التأمين الصحى الشامل ببورسعيد , وقد استندت الباحثة على استمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغ عددها 378 مفردة.
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ألان تطبيق الحوكمة الإكلينيكية بنظام التأمين الصحى الشامل كما يحددها المنتفعون أثر على جودة الخدمات المقدمة بشكل إيجابى وبقوة نسبية 88.8%

Abstract:
This study aimed to determine the impact of clinical governance on the quality of health services provided by the comprehensive health insurance system in Port Said.
This study was conducted on a sample of visitor to health insurance centers in Port Said; the study relied on a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of 378 individuals.
The results of the study revealed that the clinical governance in the comprehensive health insurance system as defined by the beneficiaries affected the quality of services provided positively and with strength (88.8%).
