ملخص البحث:
         هدف البحث إلي التوصل إلي دور تطبيق أنظمة القياس والتقويم الإلكتروني فى تحسين جودة التعليم الذي تقدمه المؤسسات التعليمية ، وهذا ما أكدت عيله معظم الأبحاث والدراسات السابقة التي أشارت إلي أهمية تطوير أنظمة التقويم الإلكتروني وتفعيل دورها لما له من مميزات كثيره أبرزها تشخيص نقاط قوة ونقاط ضعف النظام التعليمي، مما يسمح بتحسين مردوديته، و الارتقاء بمناهجه ، و تحقيق الشفافية والدقة والموضوعية وذلك تحقيقا للمخرجات التعليمية المستهدفة للبرامج الاكاديمية ، كما أنها تساعد المعلمين على تقييم درجة استيعاب الطلبة ومشاركاتهم، بسبب أن استجابات الطلبة يمكن تسجيلها ، بالإضافة إلي الثقة وموضوعية وعدالة التقييم ، وسرعة وسهولة اجراء الاختبارات ، والدقة المتناهية فى التقييم ورصد النتائج، وسرعة الحصول على النتائج والتقارير بأنواعها المختلفة ، كما يزود المتقدمين للاختبارات والقائمين على العملية التعليمية بمعلومات تشخيصية فورية تساهم فى تخطيط مسيرة العملية التعليمية. لذا يعتبر التقويم الإلكتروني هو المدخل المناسب لتطوير التعليم الجامعي . مما يسهم بشكل كبير فى رفع مستوى التحصيل لدي الطلاب.

Research Summary:
          The aim of the research is to reach the role of applying electronic measurement and evaluation systems in improving the quality of education provided by educational institutions. This allows improving its performance, upgrading its curricula, and achieving transparency, accuracy, and objectivity in order to achieve the educational outcomes targeted for academic programs. The ease of conducting tests, the ultimate accuracy in evaluation and monitoring of results, the speed of obtaining results and reports of various types, and it also provides test takers and those in charge of the educational process with immediate diagnostic information that contributes to planning the educational process. Therefore, the electronic calendar is the appropriate entry point for the development of university education. Which contributes significantly to raising the level of achievement among students.
