Summary Social factors leading university youth to suicide and the role of the community service specialist in reducing them
The current study aims to identify the causes and motives that led university youth to suicide, and the means used in suicide from the point of view of university youth, as well as the most important social factors leading university youth to suicide, and to develop a perception of the social factors leading university youth to suicide, and the role of the community service specialist in reducing it. The study sample consisted of 100 male and female university students at the Higher Institute of Social Work in Mansoura (55 male and 45 female students). The study relied on the social survey methodology of a sample of university youth, where a questionnaire form was applied for university youth - at the Higher Institute of Social Work in Mansoura. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical study that is based on the description and analysis of the phenomenon of suicide. The results of the study found that the most important causes leading to the phenomenon of suicide are academic failure, bullying of colleagues, lack of job opportunities and lack of free time. The results of the study also found that the most important social factors leading university youth to suicide are family disintegration, frequent conflicts between parents, the incidence of mental illness and depression, and the absence of religious scruples and lack of faith. The results also showed that the role of the community service specialist in reducing the phenomenon of suicide is to develop the religious conscience of young people, clarify that God Almighty has forbidden suicide, increase family monitoring of its children, and the participation of young people in programs and activities that help occupy the leisure time of young people.

Abstract
The current study aims to identify the reasons and motives that led university youth to commit suicide, and the means used in suicide from the university youth's point of view, as well as the most important social factors that lead university youth to suicide, and to develop a perception of the social factors that lead university youth to suicide, and the role of the community service specialist in reducing suicide. The study sample consisted of 100 male and female university pupils at Mansoura Higher Institute of Social Work in (55 males, 45 females). The study adopted the social survey method on a sample of university pupils. A questionnaire was administered on the university pupils at Mansoura Higher Institute of Social Work. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, which is based on describing and analyzing the phenomenon of suicide. The results of the study revealed that the most important reasons that lead to the phenomenon of suicide are the academic failure, the peer bullying, the lack of job opportunities and having a lot of free time. The results of the study also revealed that the most important social factors that lead university youth to commit suicide are the family disintegration, the frequent conflicts between parents, the mental illness and depression, and the absence of religious motivation and the lack of faith in Allah. The results also revealed that the role of the community service specialist in reducing the phenomenon of suicide is to develop the young people's religious motives, to clarify that Allah has forbidden suicide, to increase parents' supervision over their children, and to participate in programs and activities that help youth to make use of their free time.
