تخطيط الخدمات التعليمية بالمناطق العشوائية

ملخص:
        يلقي البحث الضوء على طبيعة الخدمات التعليمية بالمناطق العشوائية، متضمنا مدى توافرها واهميتها ،والتخطيط لهذه الخدمات لتحقيق الفائدة منها، ولا شك ان ظاهرة انتشار المناطق العشوائية اصبح من اهم المشكلات ، ليس فقط في بلدان العالم النامي ،ولكنها ظاهرة منتشرة في العديد من المدن في شتى بقاع الارض.
        ويعد التعليم الركيزة الأولى والأساسية لتقدم وتطور المجتمعات، وانها معيار لقياس تقدمها أو تخلفها فتوفير الكوادر العلمية والفنية والمهنية التي تساهم في بناء المجتمع في كل المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية والتكنولوجية تعتمد على التعليم، إن أي بلد يرغب في إحداث تطور وفي أي مجال يجب إن يبدأ بالتعليم، لأنه يمثل الحلقة الأولى في سلم التطور, حيث يتم بناء الإنسان أولا من خلال تعليمه مختلف العلوم التي تصب في تطوير المجتمع وتقدمه، ورفع مستوى المجتمع ثقافيا, فيتحول المجتمع من أمي إلى مجتمع قادر على استيعاب التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي والثقافي الذي يشهده العالم، حيث يعد التحضر والثقافة من المستلزمات الأساسية  لبناء المجتمعات وتطورها وتقدمها ، تتمثل اهمية البحث في انه نظرا للظروف الاجتماعية التي يمر بها المجتمع المصري في الوقت الراهن وما نتج عنها تنامي المشكلات الاقتصادية التي اثرت بدورها على الخدمات التعليمية،  حيث اصبح هناك اهتمام بالمناطق العشوائية من خلال الاهتمام بالثروة البشرية وعدم تركها لعوامل الانهيار والضياع  ويهدف البحث الى تحديد واقع الخدمات التعليمية بالمناطق العشوائية وتحديد اثر النمو السكاني على جودة الخدمات التعليمية ، فضلا عن الوقوف على معوقات التخطيط للخدمات التعليمية بالمناطق العشوائية .

Any country that desires to bring about development and in any field must start Education, because it represents the first link in the ladder of development, where the human being is built first by teaching him the various sciences that contribute to the development and progress of society, and raise the level of society culturally, so that the society turns from illiterate to a society capable of absorbing the scientific, technological and cultural progress that the world is witnessing, as Urbanization and culture are among the basic necessities for building societies, their development and progress. The importance of the research is that, given the social conditions that the Egyptian society is going through at the present time, and the resulting growing economic problems, which in turn affected educational services, where there is interest in slums through interest in wealth Humanity and not leaving it to the factors of collapse and loss. The research aims to determine the reality of educational services in slums and determine the impact of population growth on the quality of educational services, as well as standing on obstacles to planning educational services in slums.
