التمكين الاجتماعي وتحقيق الدمج المجتمعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية

الملخص:
        هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلي تحديد أبعاد التمكين الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية من خلال الأبعاد التالية التمكين الاقتصادي والتمكين الصحي والتمكين القانوني والتمكين الاجتماعي والتمكين المهني للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية ، وأيضاً تحديد أبعاد الدمج المجتمعي للأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة الحركية من خلال الأبعاد التالية الاستهداف، الإتاحة، التخطيط المستمر، الاخلاقيات الإنسانية، المتابعة، وتوصلت الدراسة في أهم نتائجها إلي مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات التمكين الاجتماعي في تحقيق الدمج المجتمعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية منها ضعف آليات التنسيق بين منظمات المجتمع المدني المعنية برعاية ذوي الاعاقة الحركية مما يعوق الأنشطة الخاصة بتدعيم حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية، افتقار العاملين الخبرة الكافية في كيفية التعامل مع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية، و وكان من أهم المقترحات اللازمة للتغلب علي تلك الصعوبات وضوح خدمات التمكين الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية، إكساب الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين المعارف والمهارات من خلال الدورات التدريبية المتنوعة، الاهتمام بنظام الدمج الشامل كحق من حقوق المعاقين، والوعي بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية.

Social Empowerment and Achieving Community Inclusion for Persons with Physical Disabilities
Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the dimensions of social empowerment of persons with physical disabilities through the following dimensions: economic empowerment, health empowerment, legal empowerment, social empowerment and professional empowerment of persons with physical disabilities, and also to determine the dimensions of community inclusion  for persons with physical disabilities through the following dimensions: targeting, accessibility, continuous planning, humanitarian ethics, follow-up, and the study reached in its most important results a set of difficulties facing the contributions of social empowerment in achieving the community inclusion of persons with  physical disabilities, including the weakness of coordination mechanisms between civil society organizations concerned with the care of people with physical disabilities, which hinders activities to promote the rights of persons with physical disabilities, the lack of sufficient experience in how to deal with persons with physical  disabilities, and one of the most important proposals necessary to overcome these difficulties was the clarity of social empowerment services for persons with physical disabilities, providing social workers with knowledge and skills through various training courses, paying attention to the comprehensive integration system as a right of the disabled.
