ملخص الدراسة :
يُعد التميز التنظيمي إحدى المداخل الإدارية الحديثة ، وتم تطبيقه في كثير من المنظمات الخدمية ويعتبر من المداخل التي تساعد المنظمات على تطوير أدائها بشكل مستمر ، وتحقيق نتائج غير مسبوقة تتفوق بها على منافسيها من خلال استخدام النماذج المطبقة في تحسين أوضاعها وأساليب وطرق عملها وسياساتها لتحقيق الجودة والتميز في الخدمات والبرامج المقدمة بما يمكنها من مواجهة التحديات والتعامل معها ويضمن لها البقاء والاستمرارية ويحقق ميزتها التنافسية , حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح شامل للتميز التنظيمي حتي نستطيع التوصل إلى معوقاته لإيجاد مجموعة من المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لتحقيقه بالمؤسسات الحكومية بشكل فعال مثل وزارة العمل

Abstract :                             
Organizational excellence is one of the modern administrative entrances, and it has been applied in many service organizations and is considered one of the entrances that help organizations to develop their performance continuously, and to achieve unprecedented results that excel over their competitors through the use of models applied to improve their conditions, methods and methods of work and policies to achieve quality and excellence In the services and programs provided, which enables it to face and deal with challenges, ensure that they are survival and continuity, and achieves their competitive advantage.
