جودة الممارسة المهنية فى التعامل مع حالات أسر الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية

أوضحت الدراسة زيادة مستوي كفاءة الاخصائيين و الوصول لاحسن اداء مع اسر الاطفال المعاقين ذهنياً من خلال عملية تنفيذ برنامج التدخل مهني وهنا يبدع الاخصائي الاجتماعي في تنفيذ خطة التدخل المتفق عليها اولا من خلال السياسات العامه للمكتب والاهداف الذي تحققها وزاره الشباب والرياضة في اندماج ذوى الاعاقة في جميع الانشطه واندماجهم داخل المجتمع ، وثانيا تنفيذ الخطة مع الاسرة الذي تساعد حالات الاسر والاطفال نفسهم في اطار محدد محكوم باستراتيجيات واساليب علاجيه من خلال مراحل وتحديد جميع الاداوار فيها بشكل منظم للسعي وراء تحقيق الهدف الاكبر وهو الاندماج داخل المجتمع من خلال طفل لديه امكانيات وقدرات تفوق ذوية من باقي الاطفال .
 وهدفت الدراسة الي تحقيق جودة الممارسة المهنية فى التعامل مع حالات أسر الاطفال المعاقين ذهنياً داخل مكاتب ذوى الاعاقة بوزارة الشباب والرياضة .وتم تحديد معايير جودة الممارسة المهنية لخطوات عملية المساعدة مع حالات أسر الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة الذهنية.( عملية التقدير – عملية التخطيط – عملية التعاقد العلاجي – عملية التنفيذ – عملية التقييم والمتابعة ) كما حددها الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمكاتب علي مستوى الجمهورية .

Abstract
The study showed an increase in the level of competence of specialists and the achievement of optimal performance with the families of mentally handicapped children through the process of implementing a professional intervention programme. The social worker is creative in implementing an intervention plan agreed upon, first, through the general policies of the Office and the goals achieved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in integrating persons with disabilities in all activities and integrating them into society. Second, the plan is implemented with families, which assist families and children themselves within a specific framework, regulated by treatment strategies and methods through stages and organized definition of roles In order to achieve the larger objective of integration into society through a child who has greater potential and abilities than other children.
The study to achieve the quality of professional practice in dealing with the number of people with disabled children in the disability of the people of the youth and sports.
